Check out the adorable Alexa. Alexa is a precious 4-5 month old kitten. She came to the rescue from Laredo. She is named for her rescuer who found her behind Target. Alexa loves everybody! She enjoyed people, dogs (even big dogs) and other cats. Alexa loves to sleep on her human’s lap. Catnip toys provide her favorite entertainment. Kitty is a six year old Shaded Silver Persian. Kitty is an absolute love with the sweetest little personality. He literally melts when you pick him up and comes when he is called. He gets along very well with other cats. He is a flat faced boy and is high maintenance. His eyes must be cleaned daily. His coat is nice but will need regular grooming. Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption. All cats are considered mixed breeds unless otherwise stated. As a rescue, we often don’t know a cat’s origins, and do our best to guesstimate their breed. This is not a guarantee. We do get purebreds from time to time and that will be stated in their description if known. Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you call or email us, we will provide you with an application via email. YOUNG CAT COMPANION POLICY: Unless otherwise indicated, all cats under the age of 3 must go into a home with another cat/kitten under the age of three or be adopted with a buddy. Ragdolls and Maine Coons are physically slow to mature, benefit greatly from the social interactions with another cat and often long for the companionship. Obviously, some young adults not raised around other cats or with more independent personalities may be exceptions to those rules, but that is up to the discretion of the Rescue to assess that need and is not negotiable. Special prices are made for buddy adoptions.

DOB 4/26/10 - This sweet girl needs her hero! First, she was on the street for who knows how long and then she was hit by a car! After having leg orthopedic surgery, it was determined that she needs thyroid meds. BUT now...she is on the correct dose and her fur is soft, she is eating well and she loves being petted. I love my big brother (Aquila) who took me under his wing when I was very young. He taught me how to cat and the meaning of all things meow. I helped him with his physical therapy (he’s TOTALLY healed now ), and through it all, we developed an unbreakable bond! Soooo if you’re wondering, yes. Eggnog is full of holiday cheer, and ready to be with a furever family.  Eggnog holds your gaze with his gorgeous aqua eyes. He loves attention, and rewards your pets with his deep, rumbly purr.  He is very inquisitive, and loves playing with wand toys and balls, as well as  playing tag and wrestling with his siblings.  Eggnog also loves to cuddle with his brother and sister, as well as his foster mom.  It was a dark and stormy night... when little Shadow led the way into our open bay, followed closely by her mama and brothers Eggnog and Snow. Our security camera recorded their journey, so we were able to trap them and bring them in.  Mama Gloria has done a great job of training them. Not one of them has ever missed using their litter boxes. They all love each other and love playing together    ##1887908##

Snow is ready for a furever family.  He is so pretty with ivory fur with light flame point Siamese markings, and his beautiful baby blue eyes. Snow is very sweet, and loves attention and pets. He may start purring the moment his foster walks into the room.  Snow also loves playing with feather wands and balls and playing hide and seek with his siblings. Snow is a very energetic kitten, ready for whatever activity he can come up with. At just about 7 months old, he's always ready to jump in and play.
