Alexa was found as a local stray that was TNR'd and released by another group despite having an unusable and painful back leg. When we received her, we immediately scheduled an appointment for amputation so she could live a painfree life. Alexa is a sweet, curious girl who is doing really well adjusting to having 3-legs. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats).  A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.
