Hi! I'm Bouncer! I am a very handsome boy, with my big, bright, baby blues. I came from a pretty nasty hoarding situation, so my life hasn't been easy for as long as I can remember. I have a hard time trusting people and letting my guard down. The people at the shelter are very nice and take great care of me! I have a nice warm bed, food in my belly, medical care, playtime, and all the cuddle companions I could ask for. But I'd still love a furrever home of my own! If you are looking for a snuggle buddy and someone you can pick up and hold ... well, honestly, I won't be your boy for that. But if you want a fantastic kitty and can give me patience and time to trust or do my own thing, then I *am* your boy! I may not ever be the lovey-dovey type -- and that's OK -- but I need a human that is OK with that, too. Since I did come from a hoarding situation, I have been around tons of kitties all my life. I would do best going home with another kitty who has been in my situation. I have become really close with River, another kitty at the shelter that also came from that kind of early life. She and I would need to go home together. I would love to spend my days cuddling with her … We can help each other! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Included in our adoption fee, all of our kitties are vaccinated, FELV / FIV tested, dewormed, microchipped, spayed / neutered, and checked out by a veterinarian.

  Sage is a bold and beautiful lady cat. She is confident in her skin. This mamacita is all healed up, feeling good, looking good and ready for her family to come and scoop her up. Sage is extremely loving with people and would make a great therapy or emotional support animal. She is so devoted to her humans and would rather be around humans than animals. Sage prefers calm cats and dogs that keep to themselves but would ideally prefer to be the only cat in the home. While under our care Sage has shed a few pounds, is in the best post baby shape of her life, she has no current flare ups with her skin issues and is in a good place. We think Sage would do great in a home with older considerate kids and someone with Siamese cat experience. (It is a plus but not a requirement) Below is some more info on Sage and a previous bio that documented how she was when first she came to the rescue. Are you the family this mama has been waiting for?? Was diagnosed with   eosinophilic ulcers/rat lesions. This illness is not transferable cat to cat and is manageable. We will give you as much info on it as possible and encourage you to call and ask questions. Please do not be turned away by the condition, she is living a good life with a great quality even with this diagnosis.  Sage has a very lovely personality. She is very affectionate, she loves people and prefers older children that are gentle with her. Sage would do best in a home that has experience with Siamese cats. She would do fine with calm dogs and cats, but would really prefer to just have loving humans surround her. Sage is a mama that birthed plenty of litters in her hay day and is finally spayed and no longer has to deal with that, hallelujah! We believe that she is around 5 years old. **Bonded Pair with Dave** Keke is a girl that likes her space, to lounge, hang out in a warm spot and tasty food! Keke is currently living at a cool shop in the island lake area, Pages Healthy Paws. She is working hard and hoping to retire into a lovely home sooner than later. Keke enjoys to be around people but doesn’t like hectic loud environments. She is looking for a cozy home, that’s quieter and has people that are Siamese savvy. Keke doesn’t mind calm, quiet well mannered dogs. Keke is a bonded pair with Dave. They were surrendered from the same household and have been together most of their lives.  Keke does well with older kids that are calm and not too rowdy.
