Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Samson is a 1.5-year-old Husky, Australian Shepherd, and Poodle mix weighing about 40 pounds. He has a medium-high energy level and is full of playful curiosity. Though he is nervous at first, once he feels safe, Samson becomes a happy, bouncy pup who loves attention and belly rubs. One of his cutest quirks is emptying the toy box; he’ll take out every single toy and play with them all in turn. Samson is housetrained, walks well on a leash, and rides calmly in the car. He is also crate-trained and does well when it’s quiet, though he may let his husky voice be heard if he feels he’s missing out on the action. He enjoys walks, fetch, and playing with other dogs, but may be best as the only dog in the family. Samson has shown mild curiosity around livestock and chickens and has done well on leash around them. We think he would be best in a home with no cats, since he tends to pester them in play. Samson had to be shaved down due to matting and will be looking for a family who will continue his grooming routine. He has made great progress with his initial shyness and is already much more comfortable with new people than when he first arrived. He sometimes shies away from men but continues to improve as he builds trust. With time and patience, his happy, goofy side shines through, and he becomes affectionate, silly, and eager to be part of the family. Samson is ready for a home that can give him both guidance and love, along with plenty of playtime and dog companionship. With the right family, he will grow into a loyal, fun-loving partner who fills the home with energy, joy, and all the toys scattered from his favorite game of emptying the toy box.  Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. June 20, 2026, 5:04 pm

Story
-Redman Milo is everything people love about a Doodle—a happy, affectionate, people-oriented companion whose greatest joy in life is simply being with his humans. At 2 years old and 55 pounds, he’s the perfect age: past the tiny puppy stage but still young, playful, and ready for a lifetime of adventures with the family he deserves. Milo isn’t looking for a new home because of behavior issues. In fact, he’s a wonderful dog. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, well-mannered, and thrives on love and attention. His heart is happiest when he’s close to his people, soaking up every ear scratch, belly rub, and kind word. Sadly, Milo’s family has experienced a major life change. His dad’s job now requires extensive travel as a construction worker, and the entire family must travel with him. That leaves Milo spending long stretches in boarding, and the financial burden has simply become too much. They have made the heartbreaking decision to find him a stable, loving home where he can finally settle in and never have to wonder where he belongs again. Milo’s ideal family will have the time to include him in everyday life. He would love a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and enjoy the outdoors before coming inside to relax with his favorite people. Whether it’s walks, weekend adventures, or quiet evenings on the couch, Milo simply wants to be part of the family. If you’ve been searching for a loyal companion who will greet you with a wagging tail, unconditional love, and endless devotion, Redman Milo may be the one you’ve been waiting for. He has so much love to give and is hoping his next home will truly be his forever home. Could you be the family he’s watching and waiting for? If you can offer Redman Milo the loving, permanent home he deserves, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. He’s ready to leave this chapter behind and begin the happiest one of his life—with you.     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 20, 2026, 3:36 pm

Story
Meet Allie! Allie is a Labradoodle mix under 3 years old with a big smile and even bigger zest for life! This happy girl is full of energy and always ready for her next adventure. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or heading out for a walk, Allie brings enthusiasm wherever she goes. Because she gets so excited (life is just that fun!), she may need a little work on leash manners to help her channel all that excitement in a more polished way. With consistency and positive training, she’ll catch on quickly. Allie would do best in a home with older kids who can match her high energy and playful spirit. She can be dog selective, so proper introductions and a compatible canine friend (if any) will be important. A fenced yard is a must for Hallie so she can safely run, play, and burn off her energy. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, active companion who will keep you moving and smiling, Allie might be your perfect match! Adoption donation is $425 cash, $450 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip. ***A NOTE ON BREEDS: The dog's listed breed(s) is the best assessment made by a veterinarian, pet finder or rescue staff and is not guaranteed. Story
Meet Junie! 🐾 If you've ever wanted a dog with the heart of a teddy bear and the soul of a cat, Junie may just be your perfect match. This adorable 4-year-old Mini Bernedoodle came to rescue after being surrendered by a commercial breeder, and she's making up for lost time by soaking up all the love she can get. In fact, we're pretty sure Junie is at least 25% cat. Why? Because her favorite place in the world is wherever you happen to be. She'll happily follow you from room to room, supervise all your daily activities, and then curl up in the crook of your neck for a nap as if she was born to be your personal scarf. Junie is a world-class snuggler who believes personal space is highly overrated. Whether you're watching TV, working from home, or heading to bed, she's ready to be your constant companion. The good news doesn't stop there! Junie is: ✨ Great with kids ✨ Wonderful in the car ✨ Easy to walk and great on a leash ✨ Crate trained While she knows how to use a crate, Junie would much rather have the freedom to roam the house and spend her nights cuddled up in bed with her people. She's a gentle, affectionate girl who thrives on companionship and wants nothing more than to be part of the family. After spending her early years in a breeding environment, Junie is ready for the life she deserves—a home filled with love, soft beds, belly rubs, and humans to adore. She currently lives with two larger sized dogs, and acts like one of the crew. She is housebroken, but some regression is understandable while she learns about her new environment. She is spayed, vaccinated, HW negative, and up to date on flea/worm preventions. The various pictures of Junie are before/after her recent trip to the groomers. If you're looking for a loyal shadow, a professional cuddler, and a best friend who will never let you go to the bathroom alone again, Junie is waiting to meet you. ❤️🐶🐱 Apply today and discover why we think Junie might secretly be part cat!

Story
Are you looking for the perfect partner? If so, this little lovebug will be the perfect addition. Frappe is a sweet, lovable, playful, cuddly 4 year old Miniature Poodle who was surrendered after two years with his previous owner. He is a little shy at first but bonds quickly. Once he comes out of his shell, he is an absolute dream. He is nervous around strangers, but gets over this quickly. He loves to be petted and cuddled by his family and wants to sleep in bed with you. He loves other dogs and would do well in a home with other playmates, however Frappe likes to be the center of attention. All this boy wants is to be loved!!! Frappe loves running around with his friends and chasing his toys. He is great on leash and enjoys his daily walks. He bonds quickly and showers his owner with all the love and affection he has. If you have to go on an errand, Frappe would love to be your side kick. He enjoys riding along in the car with you and is well behaved in the car. He is also house trained, but may have some accidents at the beginning. Frappe does have some separation anxiety probably due to all the changes he’s been through, so it is best that his in a crate when home alone. He would do well in a single family home since he barks when alone. Frappe will need some time to get adjusted to his new surroundings before he feels safe, but I am sure that once his confidence builds up, this won’t be a problem in the future. Frappe is UTD on vaccines, spayed, chipped and ready for his forever family! If you think that could be you, please visit zoeshouserescue.com to apply.

Story
Everyone meet Miss Tulip. Tulip is a 3yr old(ish) Merle mini poodle weighing in at 12lbs and boy is she a stunner!!! With her beautiful Merle coloring and her ice blue eye she is sure to melt your heart. Tulip is still super duper shy and will require a very patient and understanding home. Hi friends, it’s me Tulip. I’d like to start by telling you I’m still pretty fearful of the world. My life before rescue wasn’t great, I still hold a lot of trauma from that. My foster family is teaching me that not all people are mean and I trust them, but Im still super nervous. I will need a new family that is quiet and chill with very minimal commotion. Another furry sibling who is confident and chill would be amazing. I love all my foster siblings very much, both canine and feline, and I know having another doggie friend will make my transition a little less scary. My foster mom says I am a Queen with the potty thing whatever that means. Maybe she is happy cause I never go inside. I’m also ok with a crate. My favorite place to be is on my dog bed, except for when the black kitty of the house won’t leave me alone, then I take a nappy in my crate. I don’t get on the furniture, yet. My foster mom keeps trying but I’m just not ready to be a lap dog, yet. Bless her heart for trying. Tulip has not had much practice on a leash, they scare her very much. We have no doubts she will be fine one day but today, she is not so she will require a physically fenced in yard. This is NOT NEGOTIABLE! She is UTD on all vaccines and preventatives. She has also been spayed and had a full dental. If you are the calm and quiet home with a fenced in yard that Miss Tulip needs to be her bestest self, please apply for her at www.zoeshouserescue.com Kennel License 9117 Reading PA 19608
