Murphy is still a puppy and while he has the occasional zoomies, he is extremely smart and eager to learn! He is fully housebroken and crate trained. He knows sit, paw, lay down and is learning new tricks by the day. He loves mini training sessions and responds well to corrections. He loves his toys so much and he loves a game of tug of war or keep away! He’s still learning what’s his and what’s yours so a tidy home without shoes and human toys at his disposal will be helpful in this learning stage. Murphy is excellent in the car and likes to ride daily to drop his foster kid off at school! He would love an active family that is excited to bring him places. He’s well socialized and good on leashed walks. Murphys is seeking a forever home with: Children 8+. He would love some big kids excited to play with him and give him lots of snuggles! A fenced in yard is preferred so he can play fetch. He is not cat tested, so he’s seeking a home without cats or small dogs. Murphy is confident and playful.   Josie is a beautiful, 3 year-old Standard Poodle just waiting for her very own quiet, peaceful home.  This beautiful soul is spayed, fully vetted, and healthy, weighing in around 50 pounds and built like a sleek Cheetah.  She had a very rough life on a breeder farm  up until July when she was rescued by Critter Cavalry, fostered, and lived with a family for the last few months who loved and supported her.  She is coming back to CC because she is nervous around an elderly family member, however she has met other older folks and been fine with them.  She is a study in dichotomy: equal parts elegant and goofy.  She gets the zoomies and then is content to chill on a comfy dog bed for hours.  Josie is the sweetest, most loving and loyal dog who wants nothing more than to be next to her favorite person.  She had difficulty with being crated at first, but has done well with a more spacious crate and some goodies to keep her occupied.  If given the choice, she still would rather not be crated.  At night, she’s thrilled to have a soft bed next to yours and she sleeps the night away.  If she ever needs medication, she’s happy to snack on some Pill Pouches.  She has made great strides with potty training after never having lived inside a home before.  She walks great on a leash and is happy to go outside.  Josie is also very smart and eager to please once she feels comfortable with you.  She knows tricks such as “sit,” “stay,” “down,” and gives a high-five if you hold your palm out to her.  Once she gets to know you, her motto is “Personal space?  Never heard of it!”  You can win her over with some yummy treats and patience.  She takes treats delicately and will stare at you with her soulful eyes just hoping for another morsel.  Go ahead and just TRY to say no!  Josie is a true sidekick – or partner in crime!   Josie’s ideal home is a quiet one with predictable routines and grass to sniff.  She feels that less is more, so a single person, relaxed couple, or small family with chill teens is ideal as she does not enjoy a lot of hustle and bustle.  Josie would love someone who works from home or is retired so she can be by their side.  She would like some room in the yard to run and prance.  She is slowly coming out of her shell and learning that toys are fun, and overall learning how to “dog.”  She might be a diamond in the “ruff” right now, but her sparkle is showing more and more every day.  Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are interested in this gorgeous Poodle.  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comDecember 1, 2025, 4:49 pm

At just 8 years old, they are delightful doodle mixes, each weighing 45-50 pounds. 🐾 A little about Luce… Originally from the streets of Beirut, she’s got an attitude that’s unapologetically confident. But don't get it twisted—she's not aggressive or chaotic. No, she's a lady. Not a fancy one, mind you, and definitely not the type to don outfits or schedule spa days. She's simply a dog who’s comfortable in her own fur and knows what she wants: snacks. If you need a comparison, think of her as the Blanche of the group. She knows her desires and goes after them without a second thought. Sure, if you leave food unattended, she won’t hesitate to help herself, but she’s not food aggressive—she's just a lady, after all. Luce is fantastic with kids and other dogs, showing a remarkable indifference unless there’s a sandwich floating around at her eye level. When it comes to snuggles, she’s an expert, but keep in mind that you’re in her territory. She’ll greet you when you come home, but let’s be clear—you’re there to serve her, not the other way around. Kash Monee Mernar is ready to find his forever!!! This adorable one year-old Cockapoo is truly a miracle 🙌 He was hit by a car in late August and he sustained multiple pelvic fractures. Zoe’s House took responsibility for his care and he was rushed to Penn Veterinary Hospital where emergency surgery was performed. His tail was severely displaced and had to be amputated but that just means his whole body wags when he is happy to see his person 🥰 Kash has spent the last two months rehabbing at Penn and in his foster home. Remarkably, he has good use of both rear legs. Kash is running and playing with his foster fur siblings! He is fully house trained although regression in a new home is common. He lounges in a playpen when his foster mom must leave during the day. At night, he has been sleeping in a bassinet of sorts right by foster mom‘s bed (yes this boy has been spoiled🤭) although he loves to lie on the bed to hang out and watch TV. He is still gaining strength in his left rear leg and his balance can be off at times, but he is growing stronger every day. For this reason, only children 12+ will be considered in his forever home. Kash is neutered and is up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives. He walks well on a leash and travels beautifully in the car. His forever family could have a young playful dog, or he could be your one and only. Most important is that his forever family have plenty of time to shower him with love and attention which he absolutely deserves. This boy’s favorite place is your lap❤️ Kash is being fostered in Collegeville, Montgomery County and his new family should be prepared to travel there for the adoption. A home visit and meet and greet with all family members is part of the process. Kash Monee MERNAR was named after the late Linda Mernar who was a beloved supporter of Zoe’s House. Are you looking for your perfect little partner! If so, this little lover will be the perfect addition. Arizona is a shy, sweet 7.5lb 5 YO female Toy Poodle who spent the beginning of her life as a breeding dog. Arizona would do best in a home with no small children. She loves dogs and is a little shy with her humans. She needs a quiet setting so that she can get comfortable in her new home but is a cuddler once she is comfortable. Once she’s comfortable, Arizona will follow you everywhere. She will require a lot of attention to help her build her confidence and come out of her shell so a home where someone works from home or is home often, is preferred. She is house trained but will be nervous sometimes going outside for a walks in the beginning. Please be aware she may have accidents in your home at the beginning while she's working through this. She also is nervous on a leash so will need some training on a leash but she loves going for walks in her carriage. We do required a fenced in yard for Arizona. She just discovered zoomies and loves running around and chasing the other dogs. Arizona is just starting to play with toys. She is low maintenance and just wants to sit by you. She will need some time to adjust to his new surroundings, but it will be worth the wait. Please note, after having all her teeth extracted, Arizona now needs her kibble softened with hot chicken broth so she can eat comfortably without pain. Hope this won’t deter you from adopting this little love bug. Arizona requires a fenced yard in case she gets spooked. 💕Meet Vienna!!!💕 This sweet little mini poodle is just 3 months old. She was surrender due to having a small umbilical hernia, which can be addressed when she gets spayed. Vienna is a typical puppy. She is adventurous, playful and a love bug. She has a blast playing with the dogs and cat in her foster home. She loves toys of every shape and size but she really enjoys chewing on her bene bones. She is super smart and learned how to go up and down stairs at just 3 lbs on her first day in her foster home. She has also learned that she is small enough to sneak through the baby gates to get to her foster mom if she leaves the room. She’s a little stinker. 😂 She absolutely loves running around outside, playing in the leaves and chasing the other dogs around. Vienna loves all people, she recently attended a Matt Rife comedy show and had a blast schmoozing everyone. 🤩 Vienna isn’t a big fan of the crate or playpen, she will bark and cry to be let out. She has also figured out how to escape the playpen… total stinker and super smart. Vienna has been doing great with potty training, she still does have an accident here and there but has been following the other dogs lead and catching on quickly. She is UTD on age appropriate vaccines and on preventatives. Due to her young age she is not spayed yet and will be adopted out on a spay contract that comes with an additional fee on top of the adoption fee. This additional fee is 100% refundable when the spay contract is followed.
