Story
Hello, my name is: BetsyApprox. DOB: 05/07/2025Weight: 37 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Poodle mixRescued From: Found strayBetsy is so easy to fall head over heels for! She’s gentle, affectionate, and oh so happy. Her little hop when she gets excited is the cutest ever!! Betsy loves to run and play outside then come inside to play with her toys. After being found as a stray, we don’t know her history, but it doesn’t seem like she had any stability in the past: she looks around in awe that she is so loved in her foster home. It’s so sweet to see her smiling all the time! Betsy seems house trained, is crate trained, and loves to go for rides in the car. She also LOVES water! We think she will thoroughly enjoy a dip in the pool and to splash in the creek. Betsy gets along great with other dogs, seems fine with cats, and enjoys being around kids too. She truly is a gem!! Please help us find Betsy the forever home she so desperately deserves! All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Stella is a 3.5-year-old, 45-pound dog whose life has been shaped by both deep love and repeated loss. None of it her fault. She was first surrendered to ACCT Philly due to seizures, placing her at risk with a time-stamped outcome. From there, she was rescued by Familiar Hearts Animal Society, given the care she needed, and finally adopted into a home of her own. For a while, Stella had what every dog deserves. But after nine months, she was returned. Again because of her seizures. And still, Stella remains exactly who she has always been :: a happy, gentle, deeply loving soul. She has a beautiful balance of energy, content to lounge by your side, yet quick to invite another dog into a playful game. She’s easy on leash, a wonderful walking companion, and adaptable to a variety of homes. Stella is especially tender with other animals, doing well with dogs and even cats, and she lights up around people, particularly children. Stella does have epilepsy, which means she will always experience seizures. Most are brief focal episodes lasting just seconds and don’t seem to interrupt her joy or engagement with life. Less frequently, she may have more significant seizures. She is on medication to help manage them, and her care team continues to learn what her “normal” looks like as her patterns evolve. What’s important to understand is this :: Stella is not a dog waiting to be fixed. She is a dog already living a full, connected, and joyful life. She is looking for a home that can meet her with steadiness and compassion. Someone who isn’t afraid of her diagnosis, but instead sees the extraordinary dog in front of them :: the one who keeps choosing joy, connection, and play, no matter how many times her world has changed. Stella has been let go more than once. She deserves this next home to be the one that holds. Apply to adopt her at https://www.familiarhearts.org/adoption-application. When approved, you can coordinate your meeting with her foster. Kennel License 18972

Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Samson is a 1.5-year-old Husky, Australian Shepherd, and Poodle mix weighing about 40 pounds. He has a medium-high energy level and is full of playful curiosity. Though he is nervous at first, once he feels safe, Samson becomes a happy, bouncy pup who loves attention and belly rubs. One of his cutest quirks is emptying the toy box; he’ll take out every single toy and play with them all in turn. Samson is housetrained, walks well on a leash, and rides calmly in the car. He is also crate-trained and does well when it’s quiet, though he may let his husky voice be heard if he feels he’s missing out on the action. He enjoys walks, fetch, and playing with other dogs, but may be best as the only dog in the family. Samson has shown mild curiosity around livestock and chickens and has done well on leash around them. We think he would be best in a home with no cats, since he tends to pester them in play. Samson had to be shaved down due to matting and will be looking for a family who will continue his grooming routine. He has made great progress with his initial shyness and is already much more comfortable with new people than when he first arrived. He sometimes shies away from men but continues to improve as he builds trust. With time and patience, his happy, goofy side shines through, and he becomes affectionate, silly, and eager to be part of the family. Samson is ready for a home that can give him both guidance and love, along with plenty of playtime and dog companionship. With the right family, he will grow into a loyal, fun-loving partner who fills the home with energy, joy, and all the toys scattered from his favorite game of emptying the toy box.    Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. May 16, 2026, 10:52 am

Story
Meet Hallie! Hallie is a Labradoodle mix under 3 years old with a big smile and even bigger zest for life! This happy girl is full of energy and always ready for her next adventure. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or heading out for a walk, Hallie brings enthusiasm wherever she goes. Because she gets so excited (life is just that fun!), she may need a little work on leash manners to help her channel all that excitement in a more polished way. With consistency and positive training, she’ll catch on quickly. Hallie would do best in a home with older kids who can match her high energy and playful spirit. She can be dog selective, so proper introductions and a compatible canine friend (if any) will be important. A fenced yard is a must for Hallie so she can safely run, play, and burn off her energy. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, active companion who will keep you moving and smiling, Hallie might be your perfect match! Adoption donation is $425 cash, $450 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip. ***A NOTE ON BREEDS: The dog's listed breed(s) is the best assessment made by a veterinarian, pet finder or rescue staff and is not guaranteed. This pet is being offered by Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, 246 Clonmell Upland Road, West Grove PA 19390 - PA Shelter # 8755 Another great reason to adopt from Greenmore...... Greenmore Rescue preforms the 4dx blood test on ALL of our adult dogs FREE OF CHARGE to adopters! This blood test checks for diseases such as Lyme and Heartworm Disease that are transmitted to dogs from a tic or mosquito bite. If the dog you are interested in tests positive for any of these conditions, treatment will already have been started or completed. Your Adoption Counselor will review any findings with you and we will provide all medical records, along with any medication the dog may need at the time of adoption.

Story
Her name is Curly! Gee, I wonder why. A 2-year-old, 40-pound Poodle mix, she was found by a good Samaritan who brought her to rescue. She was severely matted at the time, and she’ll need to be groomed periodically. Otherwise? She’s great! A jumper, she’s a sweet, dog friendly girl (although she does not like cats!), who loves to play and absolutely adores her kennel mate. Just terrific! How about it? Wanna take this curly girl home with you? You won’t regret it! (Posted 2/13/26, ME) ' ' Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip.
