Snoopy is an adorable Poodle who is only slightly over a year old with a spunky personality and the cutest wavy curls you will ever see! He is neutered and microchipped. He was only brought to our rescue due to being in a family with only older dogs who did not want to play. He is a ball of fun all of the time and the family did not want him to get hurt simply for wanting to play with the other siblings who were being aggressive towards him! We have seen no aggression at all with him and he is just an all around good boy! He is a fetch master and loves any toy that he can find! He is good with all other animals as well as children especially! Meet Cooper! Breed: standard poodle. He was matted and had to be shaved down. Age: est 2 years. Weight: est 49lbs, needs to gain some weight. We think he should be about 60lbs. Training: crate & leash trained, doing well with housetraining in his foster home. Good with other dogs/cats? Yes. Good with adults/kids? Yes. Personality: a little shy at first and when in new situations. He warms up to be friendly, playful, and affectionate. He hasn't had many life experiences and s he will need a patient and understanding family as he adjusts to life as a companion. He would do best with a fenced yard and/or another dog in the home. Reason for rescue: breeder retiring. He is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and preventatives. Hi, I’m Rowan I’m a sweet and sensitive girl who just needs a little time to feel safe and show you my heart. Once I get to know you—especially if you’re a kind, gentle woman—I become the best cuddle buddy you could ask for. I love being close, snuggling up, and feeling secure with my person.I’ll admit, I’m still learning to be brave. Men and little kids make me nervous, so I’d be happiest in a calm home with a single woman or a pair of women without children. I’m fully housetrained, walk great on a leash, and I know a few tricks like sit, lay down, and heel!I love exploring the yard, playing, and sometimes taking the stuffing out of my toys (it’s too fun to resist!). I might be shy at first, but with patience and love, I’ll warm up and show you what a loyal, affectionate girl I truly am.Adoption fee: $450Rowan is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee.
