Meet Zuko!Sweet little Zuko is still waiting for his forever family! At about 3 years old and 13 pounds, this little guy may be small, but he has a heart full of love to give.Zuko came to us from our partner hospital after someone sadly dumped him on their steps. When he arrived, he was completely matted and very scared of everyone. He was understandably unsure of the world around him, but thankfully, the hospital reached out to us and asked if we could bring Zuko into our program - and we were more than happy to give this little guy a chance.Since coming into our care, Zuko has slowly started to show us the sweet boy underneath all that fear. He does wonderfully with people when you take things slow and give him a little time to feel comfortable. Once he realizes he's safe, he is such a sweet and loving little guy. He really hasn't given us any problems and has been doing so well!Zuko also does great with other dogs! He enjoys having canine friends around and has been a wonderful little shelter guest. He even keeps his kennel clean, which is always a big plus!All Zuko needs now is someone willing to be patient with him, give him the time he needs to trust, and show him what it means to finally have a family of his own. After everything he's been through, he deserves a soft place to land and someone who will never give up on him.Zuko's adoption fee is $450.Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether Zuko is housebroken.Every animal receives upon intake:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age-appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing, with treatment if neededFlea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoptionAdopters must be at least 21 years old and live within one hour of our facility.Zuko is ready to leave his past behind and start the next chapter of his life - with a forever family who will love him, protect him, and remind him every day that he is finally home.Could you be the person Zuko has been waiting for?

Meet Kincaid!Kincaid is a very friendly 2 year-old male poodle mix. He is neutered, current with all his vaccines and crate trained. He does take time to warm up to new people, but once he does his true personality shines through. He is great with kids of all ages. Kincaid needs another dog in the home, but he can be dog selective so slow appropriate introductions are a must. Unsure if Kincaid is house trained as his foster keeps a diaper on him when inside, and takes it off when he goes outside. Kincaid is looking for a warm and loving home, with someone or a family that is going to give hime lots of love.
