Story
Meet Duval!Hello there! I’m Duval, a 2-year old poodle mix. I’m bursting with energy and curiosity, and I’m on the lookout for a patient and loving companion to guide me through this wonderful new life. (It was rocky there for awhile) I’m not picky I just want a loving family that will shower me with attention. I’m already 90% potty trained and crate trained, and I’m dog friendly, so I’m open to having a sibling if you’re up for it. I love the outdoors, kiddos big and small, and car rides. If you’re looking for a handsome sidekick let’s meet and see if we’re a good match. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Rocky was born on July 21, 2023. He is a happy, energetic poodle who has been raised in a family home with children and his parents. He is fully house-trained, well-behaved, and does great with kids and other dogs. Rocky has no behavioral issues and is a very loving, social dog. As a young puppy, Rocky had puppy strangles, which has been fully resolved. He is now completely healthy and requires only normal care. He does have some small, permanent scars on his face from that time, which may be more noticeable with a poodle cut, but they do not affect his health or quality of life.

Story
We recently took in a nursing poodle mom, Del, along with her newborn puppies after she was found roaming as a stray. No one came forward to reclaim her, which surprised us—Del is incredibly well‑behaved and gentle. She did arrive with heavy matting, so we aren’t sure how long she had been out on her own. Despite everything, she proved to be a wonderful mother: nurturing, patient, and so sweet. Her puppies have inherited her gentle, bashful personalities. This litter is themed after the TV show The Way Home.Elliot is the little boy. The four little girls are Alice, Katherine, Evelyn, and SuzannaThe puppies are currently about 7 weeks old and weigh around 3 lbs. They are fully weaned from their mom and enjoy a mixed diet of dry kibble and wet food. Their adoption fee is $800 each. Del is a 12‑lb poodle, and while we don’t know who the father is, we expect he was also a small breed. These pups are still very young, so they are not yet house‑trained, leash‑trained, or crate‑trained. With love, patience, and proper socialization (after vetting is complete), they’ll thrive in homes with other furry friends. What’s included in the adoption fee:4 puppy booster vaccinesMicrochipFecal exam (and full treatment if needed)Rabies vaccine at 15 weeksSpay/neuter between 10–12 weeksMonthly flea/tick prevention while in our careFree wellness exam within 7–10 days post‑adoption (we cover any treatment needed)This is up to 6 FREE vet visits (including exams!)Adopters must live in Tarrant County or within 30 minutes of our facility. Age requirement: 21+Please note: These requirements help us ensure the best care for our puppies—we’re not able to make exceptions. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a meet‑and‑greet, we’d love to hear from you. These little ones are ready to start their next chapter with loving families.

Story
Meet Kimberly! The sweet and snuggly poodle looking for her forever home. Kimberly is a nine-year old poodle with the softest curls and the sweetest eyes you’ll ever see. She was part of a breeder surrender and now she’s ready to enjoy the good life as someone’s cherished companion. This little lady is friendly and gentle, though she can be shy when meeting new people. She thrives with slow introductions and a calm environment. Kimberly is not suite for homes with children as she is very timid around them, but she’s a true gem with adults one she feels safe. Her favorite pastime is playing with her beloved scrunchy “shaker” toy and then curling up in bed for snuggles. She’s not a fan of crates, likely due to her past, but she’s very happy to hang out freely with her humans. She is not destructive when alone. Kimberly does well with dogs of all sizes as long as they are calm, and would love a canine friend to help her feel secure. She’s nearly housetrained, using potty-pads reliably. She’s up to date on vaccinations and recently had a dental and is spayed. If you have a gentle heart, a quiet home, and the patience to let Kimberly blossom at her own pace, she’ll reward you with unconditional love, sweet companionship, and plenty of tail wags.
