He does take time to warm up to new people, but once he does his true personality shines through. He is great with kids of all ages. Kincaid needs another dog in the home, but he can be dog selective so slow appropriate introductions are a must. Unsure if Kincaid is house trained as his foster keeps a diaper on him when inside, and takes it off when he goes outside. Kincaid is looking for a warm and loving home, with someone or a family that is going to give hime lots of love. He came to us as a surrender after a kind woman took him in from a difficultsituation. When he arrived, he was matted, covered in fleas, and underweight - but even then,his gentle spirit shone through.Now cleaned up, cared for, and feeling so much better, Peter has proven to be one of thesweetest boys you could ever meet. He adores all people, gets along wonderfully with every doghe’s met, and has brought so much joy to everyone here. Finley is a sweet boy - I’ve had him for just over ten years, since he was a puppy. He loves to be cuddled up near you, though he has always been skiddish. He suffered from seizures when he was younger, but hasn’t had one in years. In his older age, he struggles to hold himself to go to the bathroom, so we keep him in diapers. He has struggled with our babies and as they’ve gotten older, and really would do best in a home without very young kids. If you’re okay with a little incontinence and the occasional bark, he really is a sweet boy that just wants to cuddle up and be loved by you!
