I was dumped like I didn’t matter, but my rescue mom tells me I’m the best boy and that I’m so very loved. She pets me a lot, and I absolutely love that! I like my crate and feel safe there, but if I’m being honest… people furniture is my favorite! I’m a good house dog, too. I don’t potty inside—I know better and always do my business outdoors. What I really want is a forever family who will love me with their whole heart. I want someone who will pet me often, talk to me, tell me I’m a good boy, and remind me that I am loved. Most of all, I need someone who will promise that I’m family and that they will never give up on me or dump me like the person who hurt me before. I have so much love to give. I’m just waiting for someone who will let me be their best boy forever. ❤️🐾

They threw me out like I was trash. 💔 I didn’t deserve that, and I’m still learning that people can be kind and that some people really do keep their promises. My rescue mom tells me I’m the best boy, and she loves me and pets me a whole lot. I sure do love that! ❤️ I’m crate trained, and I actually really like my crate. It’s my safe, cozy place, and I sleep a TON! 😴🐾 I’m still working on my potty training, so I’ll need a patient family who will keep teaching me and cheering me on. I’m trying my best! Meet Zuko!Sweet little Zuko is still waiting for his forever family! At about 3 years old and 13 pounds, this little guy may be small, but he has a heart full of love to give.Zuko came to us from our partner hospital after someone sadly dumped him on their steps. When he arrived, he was completely matted and very scared of everyone. He was understandably unsure of the world around him, but thankfully, the hospital reached out to us and asked if we could bring Zuko into our program - and we were more than happy to give this little guy a chance.Since coming into our care, Zuko has slowly started to show us the sweet boy underneath all that fear. He does wonderfully with people when you take things slow and give him a little time to feel comfortable. Once he realizes he's safe, he is such a sweet and loving little guy. He really hasn't given us any problems and has been doing so well!Zuko also does great with other dogs! He enjoys having canine friends around and has been a wonderful little shelter guest. He even keeps his kennel clean, which is always a big plus!All Zuko needs now is someone willing to be patient with him, give him the time he needs to trust, and show him what it means to finally have a family of his own. Echo has been loved by my family, and then myself, for 8 years. He is a good boy, very smart, but in his old age, he has gotten a bit moody. He has started to growl at my three year old when she tries to play with him, so I no longer feel comfortable with him in the house with her. I want him to go to a good, loving home. He has lived with cats, dogs, and children before (although he seems to do better with older kids who understand being gentle these days). He is in-tact, house-trained, and knows lots of tricks (including high five!) He is older, so he needs lots of love, but he is a sweet boy who loves to get attention and cuddle. He's also quite big, 70 pounds, so he needs lots of space to stretch his legs! We currently live in a 2 bed, but go on walks to stretch his legs. Rehome fee is not a set amount. Willing to negotiate for serious inquiries.
