Story
** COURTESY POST ** ** This animal is NOT at the Rowlett Animal Shelter, so please do not inquire with them ** ** For information contact Sabina at munizsabina@gmail.com ** Pancho was born in Mexico and adopted almost 2 years ago. He likes to be indoors in a comfortable dog bed. He prefers to be pampered and have his haircuts and baths done by a professional. Pancho likes to chase birds and squirrels. He prefers to have a home with adults only as he is a little nervous. He's a boy that will need a human with patience with him. He gets in the car on his own and behaves well with strangers and other dogs. September 14, 2024, 2:12 pm

Story
Meet MacDougal! MacDougal is a 9 yo neutered male, Schnauzer mix, black and white dog, approximately 25 lbs. MacDougal lived for 6 years in a high-rise condominium, but has enjoyed living in a home with a yard to run and play in. He is easy-going, house trained, crate trained, walks well on a leash and rides well in a car. He does show some food and preferred human aggression. We believe he’d be best in a family as an only dog and a home with no small children. Interested in meeting MacDougal? Please fill out an application! Application available at https://www.pawsofloverescue.com/adoption-application . Adoption donation of $295 includes spay/neuter, microchip, deworming, dhpp vaccinations, rabies shot, bordetella nose spray and any other necessary procedures prior to adoption. Dallas/Ft. Worth area Applications can be found online at www.pawsofloverescue.com, under the adopt tab.  We require an approved application before a meet and greet is set up.  September 10, 2024, 3:46 pm

Story
Fen was found in the woods along side two other puppies, they were half alive and covered in fleas and ticks, I took the day off and we bathed them and spent hours cleaning all the ticks off them, took them to the the vet a few times, must have spent a thousand each getting them back to a healthy state. Fen was the largest baby but his brother and sister both outgrew him, he has stayed rather short. he loves to play tag and fetch with other dogs and really wants to play with our cats (the cats do not share this desire) he also is obsessed with jumping and climbing (might have something to do with his height) Fen gets very lonely and always wants to cuddle wether you are taking him on a walk, trying to eat, or watching a movie.

I might be a little shy at first, but once we get to know each other, you'll see how friendly and playful I am. I'm smart too, always curious about the world around me. One day, I found a magical bone in the park. As I chewed on it, I was transported to a place filled with other animals. I didn't understand it then, but I was in a shelter. I miss running in the park, but I've made friends here. I'm energetic and love to play, and I promise to bring joy and laughter to your home. Adopt me, and let's create magical memories together!September 9, 2024, 2:13 pm
