This is Cantaloupe. He just turned 3 years old in April. I’ve had him since he was a kitten. Cantaloupe’s name was inspired after his mom, Watermelon. I would like him to keep that name, as it’s the only one he has ever known. He was born with a nub for a tail (just like his mom) I call him my little bobcat. He is part bengal and loves to play in water and is curious about everything. Once he gets to know you, he is extremely affectionate and wants to be anywhere you are. He is good with kids, and other cats. But absolutely hates dogs, so please NO DOGS. I would prefer he stay as an indoor cat. He has never been outside (unless in a carrier). I love him with all my heart. He is the best cat I will ever have. This is so so so incredibly hard and I wish I didn’t have to rehome him. I will be picky because he deserves the best.

I’m doing well now but have to have a special diet to keep them from coming back. My people had to return me to Miss Carol at the rescue because they had a lot of family issues in their life at the time.. My sister got a home right away and I’m a little sad and worried with all the changes in my life. I’m with my foster Miss Carol now and have other cats to socialize with. Please think about adopting me. I’ve been to the doctor and had test, I’m up to date on all my medical and I’m not having any problems like I did before. We fostered these kitties and they were such a joy that we kept them both!! They are sisters and now about 8 or 9 years old. My daughter named them Shimmer and Glitter - alternately Shirley and Gloria for their more adult names : ) Healthy, loving and friendly (one is shy until she gets to know you). The perfect mix of independent and lapcat. They love to be petted, sit on your lap, nuzzle with their head and sleep beside you on your bed if you will let them. They will also mind their own business during the day if you are busy. They really love their treats and will come running Indoor cats. No behavior problems. Dry food and water. Due to my personal circumstances, I unfortunately need to rehome. I am looking for a cat-loving home. I am also happy to pay for their ongoing monthly food/litter ($20 per month via venmo) and would like to see a picture(s) in return. They are two of the sweetest cats you will ever get to know.

She was abandoned by her mother, a feral cat just after being born in October 2018. She was bottle fed to survive. She is 5 years 8 months old. She is spoiled with a daily brushing and lots of petting. She is shy around new people. Does ok with my dogs (American Pit and a Chihuahua) she loves spying on people through the window. Does not tolerate other cats in her territory. She hates riding in cars! She has been spade and was given shots by the vet when she was a year old but nothing after that. I've kept her inside after a cat fight about three years ago, but she tries to get out occasionally. She will let you know when her food and water bowls are empty by nipping at your feet and ankles. She will gently put her paw on my face when she wants my attention, and other times she will walk all over me finding that perfect spot to nap on.
