Tabby kittens & cats in Beech Grove, Indiana

Salem was abandoned at PetSmart in a cat carrier recently. She is now vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested (negative for both), and spayed. She is approximately 10 months old. Here's the thing: Salem is a tad...spicy. She is not a good candidate for the PetSmart suites, so she is going to stay with her foster for now. Cat carrier? You will be cussed out Telling her "no"? You will be hissed at When she approaches you for snuggles, she hisses When you stop petting her, she swats Also, we can't do an effective meet-and-greet, so she will need to be adopted without one. She is much more outgoing in a home setting. She's not a bad cat, she just knows what she likes, and isn't afraid to tell you about it.

Sierra is a friendly and playful cat who loves belly rubs and scratches. She gets along well with other cats but is a bit sassy to them at times so would do fine on her own too. She is cuddly but gives love bites when she's overstimulated or has had enough. Sierra's favorite things include dry food, her heating pad, and big stretches! She has been spayed and is up to date on her shots and tests. **Sierra is FIV positive. Her FIV+ status does not mean she cannot be around other cats. She would only be able to give FIV to another cat via a hard bite, so she would need to be introduced slowly and properly to ensure no aggression. Sierra lives with other cats currently with no aggression issues, only a little sass. Sierra is also on prescription gastrointestinal food and will need to stay on this diet unless advised otherwise by a vet. Come meet Sierra! This wonderful, magical black cat walked into the backyard where my brother was sitting on a swing, laid down at his feet and never left. That was almost a year ago. He thought he had found his forever home and person but he didn't know how sick my brother was. None of us did. That brings us to why we are here trying to give this boy his best chance at a fun, beautiful life again. A chance to find someone that will love him as much as my brother did. My brother named him Zorro for his charismatic disposition. He is very friendly and fun loving. He loves being outdoors but also loves being at home inside. He will give you baths and make sure you're tucked in at night. He loves cat towers and scratch post. Most of all he loves soft food with gravy, really any kind of soft food! Yum! He loves to rub against legs too. When you pet him he will make sure you get a bath. Zorro provides unconditional love, a quiet gentle presence and calm. He is a wonderful cat! Your life will be more fun!
