Story
Figaro is 10 years old - I got him as a kitten from a friend who had barn cats. He literally loves everyone but would do best in a one cat home. We have 2 other cats and they are not getting along so are facing the difficult decision of rehoming him- he is spoiled and loves the comfort of being an indoor cat - he loves the sunshine too and one of his favorite things to do is lounge on our screened in patio. He loves to be picked up and talked to - he also loves his tower and cuddles in bed at night.

Story
Hi, this is Jeff, originally my ex-wife's cat but I've been taking care of him since the divorce. He is ten years old. Unfortunately he's going to need a new home. I moved and I can't keep driving out here to check on him. Temperamentally he likes pets and will come up for pets but can also be a little bit of an independent grump and a baby but he's mellowed out a lot in the last year. Since he's been with me anytime I sit on the couch he comes right up to me and shoves his butt into me so I'll scratch his backside. He was very good with my son who just turned five. The most important thing is he was born on a farm and so he likes to go outside a lot when it's nice and wander around. He will follow you around if you're walking outside too though as he would follow right behind us as we walked our dog at the time, which always amused people who saw it. He is good with dogs if they are chill like my golden retriever is, though I don't know how he is with dogs that are less chill.

Story
Teddy was born March 13th, he is 3 months old. He was born with 2 beautiful sisters & a rambunctious brother. He is fun and spunky, loves to cuddle and wakes up meowing for someone to give him attention. I would love to keep all the babies but we can't because we live in an apartment, and the pregnancy was unplanned. We are also adopting out his sister and they are great together. Their mom is a Maine coon, and the dad is a Gray short haired who was rescued so we don't 100% no his breed. He is great with his kitty and human family but has not been around other animals. We just want a forever home for our babies.

Story
Rusty is truly the sweetest boy and we wish so badly that we could keep him. We took him in last month when my grandmother passed away. Our other senior, very sensitive cat, is not enjoying having a roommate. Because of this we unfortunately need to rehome sweet Rusty. My grandmother adopted him from the humane society 5 years ago and they estimated that he was around 3, so we believe that he is around 8 years old now. My grandma spoiled him rotten and he needs to go on a diet but he has been handling that well at our house and has always used his litterbox. We have two young children and he adores them and is so gentle and kind with them. He loves to be around people and get lots of love and attention. I am fairly certain that he would do great with other cats because he is so friendly, social and wanted to be friends with our other cat. The issue is 100% our senior cat not accepting him, unfortunately. He loves to eat, snuggle, sleep and occasionally play!

Story
Meet Milo — A Street Survivor with a Big Heart Brown Tabby | ~4 Years Old | Detroit, MI Milo spent his early years navigating the streets of Detroit as part of a stray colony — living by his wits, weathering Michigan winters, and fending for himself every single day. Now, this resilient brown tabby boy is ready to trade colony life for a cozy couch and someone to call his own. At around 4 years old, Milo is still adjusting to the sights, sounds, and comforts of indoor living. He's learning that hands mean kindness, that warm spots are for napping, and that love is something he gets to keep. He just needs a little patience while he figures it all out. Milo is FIV positive, which means he'll thrive best as the only cat in the home, or alongside another FIV+ kitty. FIV cats live long, happy, healthy lives with the right care — and Milo is ready to prove it. 💛 The perfect home for Milo looks like: A quiet household with no other cats (or a FIV+ feline friend) A patient adopter who understands he may need time to warm up Someone who finds joy in watching a guarded heart slowly open If you're looking for a cat who will make you earn that first purr — and make it mean everything when you do — Milo is your guy. Give this Detroit boy the second chance he deserves. 🐾

Story
My name is Golden due to my beautiful golden coat. I was born in September 2021, and am a very gentle soul. I am so excited for my new home and a human to call my own! My preferred home would give me space to explore my new environment and housemates at my own speed. Once I am comfortable in my environment, I will be your Knight in Shining Armor. I will form a bond with you, begging for pets and povide endless purrs. Right now I am learning to enjoy petting in brief, quiet sessions. Are you ready for me to be your Golden Star? We are a Christian based organization with a Mission to Improve the lives of cats. We specialize in cats that will bond closely, but would otherwise sit on the shelf because they are shy, or need special understanding, and would otherwise never know the love and comfort of a furever home. *Please do not adopt if you believe in disciplining a cat, including ‘water bottle training’. We are a behavioral rescue and believe in positive redirection to adjust behavior, rather than punishment with cats.*

Story
My name is Shy and I was born May 1st, 2023. I can be shy around strangers, hence my name, but once I bond I will be your friend for life! My preferred home would be a quiet house with humans 13 years old or older. I would love to sneak into your bed and cuddle with you throughout the night. Are you ready to be my nighttime cuddle bug? We are a Christian-based organization with a Mission to improve the lives of cats. We specialize in cats that will bond closely, but would otherwise sit on the shelf because they are shy, need special understanding, and would otherwise never know the love and comfort of a furever home.
