Story
We unfortunately have to move which is why we are trying to find a new home for Killer. She is the sweetest cat ever, she loves to play, get belly rubs, food, and she cuddles with people and other animals. She is very active and likes to run around the house. She is in indoor cat, litterbox trained and she was born in July of 2024. She is up to date on all her vaccinations and she does great at the vet. We have extra food for you to take as well as a stainless steel litter box and a few of her favorite toys. If you have room in your life for two cats her brother is available for adoption as well and I can send over all of his information as well! Please contact me if you are interested.

Story
Our family has had to come to this heartbreaking decision due to a sudden move at the end of the month. This new place is very small and due to the space and family circumstances we unfortunately not feel comfortable keeping our fur babies and would want them to go to someone who will love and care for them. We would love him to be adopted with his sister Marley.

Parsley is a very loving and kind girl. She absolutely LOVES kids and is very well behaved in the home. She has a spunky and very sassy personality but is a very easygoing cat. She takes time to adjust to other animals but has lives with other dogs and cats her whole life so she will get used to it.

Story
We are searching for a very special home for Punkin, a sweet FIV-positive kitty who deserves the chance to finally relax and feel safe in a real home environment. Punkin is a gentle, quiet girl who would do best as the only cat in the home, or possibly with another calm FIV-positive cat. She is not aggressive in any way and is definitely not a fighter. Right now, Punkin spends most of her time in a large three-story kennel. Before that, she lived in her own room with another FIV+ cat. She eats well, keeps herself clean, and is healthy overall, but she is shy and withdrawn, and we know she would be much happier with someone patient and kind who could give her a peaceful home and allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace. For those unfamiliar with FIV: it is not spread through food bowls, water bowls, grooming or casual contact. It is generally transmitted only through deep bite wounds from serious fighting, and Punkin has never been that type of cat. Sometimes the cats who need the biggest chance turn out to be the most rewarding companions. Please call or text foster mom, Penny 503-851-5377

Story
Acorn was adopted as a kitten from a friend nearly 2 months old. She likes napping under safe spots, will play with string toys and purrs so much when brushed! She likes getting chin and neck scratches and lightly on her butt. She has a very mellow personality, likes laying on your lap getting pets and scratches. She is 6 years old and has arthritis in her hips, so she walks a bit stiffly but can jump up on short tables and couches just fine. She only eats wet food as she doesn't like to eat dry as often. She does need a bowl lifted up off the ground a little so she can eat. She struggles to eat when it's low to the floor due to her back legs. She needs a calm home where other animals don't mess with her or are too rough, so no dogs and preferably no cats. Unless they are very calm as well. I don't recommend kids as she is a bit delicate with her back legs. But she is very sweet and has a unique high pitched purr!

Story
A capital "R" Rascal! But the best 'Buddy' you will ever have. This little man wandered -quite confidently!- in to our yard. Equipped with his handsome looks and sweet little trilling voice, it was instant love. I fed, pet, and played with him. He takes being picked up really well for a cat - even lets me scruffle his head and give a few smooches while in my arms! But, beware! I also discovered the meaning behind the word 'cat burglar'.... we have cats of our own, and any toy he was particularly pleased with he'd grab and trot away with, hiding it in the bushes in a field behind our house. Even funnier ? He will bring them back whenever he wants me to play with one of them with him. Then it's right back to the stash...Buddy is friendly with other cats. He's befriended a neighbor's cat. I have guinea pigs, & while I discourage interaction he is only ever gentle when he tries. Responds to being told, 'careful'.Help me find him the love he deserves!

Story
Mystic is a young tabby with a gentle, thoughtful spirit and a bit of an introvert’s charm. She takes her time getting to know new people, but with patience and kindness, she blossoms into a devoted companion. Once she’s found a lap she trusts, she’ll happily curl up and make you her favorite person. Mystic would be a wonderful match for a quiet home. Perhaps with an avid reader or someone who is looking for an independent but loving feline friend. She’s the kind of companion who brings comfort just by being nearby. Mystic is currently living in a foster home. If you’d like to learn more or meet her, please reach out to the staff—they’d be happy to tell you all about this special girl. Adoption fee: $115

Story
Meet Misty! This young mother is very sweet, yet is independent and a headstrong girl. A true Sidekick, she likes to keep tabs on your every move and all your activities. Misty is very affectionate, but can become overstimulated quickly, so please go slowly with her and let her dictate the level of attention she wants (usually very short intervals). She loves having her head and shoulders rubbed, but not so much her hips and lower back. She’ll definitely let you know when she’s had enough, so be careful! While she’s not very interested in being picked up, she’s slowly graduated to short hugs and cuddles without too much grumbling. Her foster Mom believes she secretly loves it, but that she just wants to be the one in charge! She may need some extra time to adjust to her new home, but she’ll make a wonderful companion – just give her independence and let her make the first moves. She would be best suited in a home without small children or the expectation of lots of cuddling (at least at first). Misty is barely out of kittenhood herself, and as such, she loves to play and has wicked strong instincts to chase and catch. She’s planning to walk-on to a minor league baseball team this summer, as she can catch a line-drive or a pop fly ball like the best of any shortstop or outfielder. It’s hard to believe she doesn’t have a built-in “Super-Cat” cape, as she can scale furniture in a blink of an eye and leap up and over anything – especially if involves a chase! She’ll need several scratching pads/posts, as she enjoys them tremendously, along with long ribbons, stuffed animals, and of course bouncy balls. Misty was a wonderfully doting and protective mother to her kits, and now she needs some well-deserved attention as the “Star” of a new furrever home.*Misty loves pop-up tunnels, scratching posts and tent cities*
