We are searching for a very special home for Punkin, a sweet FIV-positive kitty who deserves the chance to finally relax and feel safe in a real home environment. Punkin is a gentle, quiet girl who would do best as the only cat in the home, or possibly with another calm FIV-positive cat. She is not aggressive in any way and is definitely not a fighter. Right now, Punkin spends most of her time in a large three-story kennel. Before that, she lived in her own room with another FIV+ cat. She eats well, keeps herself clean, and is healthy overall, but she is shy and withdrawn, and we know she would be much happier with someone patient and kind who could give her a peaceful home and allow her to come out of her shell at her own pace. For those unfamiliar with FIV: it is not spread through food bowls, water bowls, grooming or casual contact. It is generally transmitted only through deep bite wounds from serious fighting, and Punkin has never been that type of cat. Acorn was adopted as a kitten from a friend nearly 2 months old. She likes napping under safe spots, will play with string toys and purrs so much when brushed! She likes getting chin and neck scratches and lightly on her butt. She has a very mellow personality, likes laying on your lap getting pets and scratches. She needs a calm home where other animals don't mess with her or are too rough, so no dogs and preferably no cats. Unless they are very calm as well. I don't recommend kids as she is a bit delicate with her back legs. But she is very sweet and has a unique high-pitched purr!She is 6 years old and has arthritis in her hips, so she walks a bit stiffly but can jump up on short tables and couches just fine. She only eats wet food as she doesn't like to eat dry as often. She does need a bowl lifted up off the ground a little so she can eat. She struggles to eat when it's low to the floor due to her back legs.Please give her a loving home, she is a very good girl.

- Rocky is a 3yr old tabby/manx mix! - He’s super sweet and generally friendly with strangers and new people!- Indoor/Outdoor, tends to prefer being inside during the day and likes to explore at night. He could be transitioned to fully indoor if you choose. - He’s friendly with other cats and is not very territorial when he meets them outdoors, but he has never been raised with another cat in the same household. - he isn’t a very picky eater, but has been eating Tiki Cat brand wet/dry food since he was a kitten.-I will give him a good bath before pickup and will provide a carrier for him for free!

Our female cat was adopted as a kitten by our son when he was in college. He ended up moving across the country and we ended up having her for the past 4 years. It's just my husband and I and she has been very spoiled. She is an indoor cat but loves to wander around our backyard when the weather allows. She is used to a quiet house and shy's away from children or lots of noise. She has never been around other animals, so we do not know how well she would do. She is a brown tabby and is almost 8 years old. We will be relocating and cannot take her with us. She would be perfect for a quiet home and with an adult or adults who enjoy a quiet companion.

Loving, affectionate tabby. I am looking for a more suitable home for him. He is 8. He'd love a female companion since he was once bonded to one. He does not like male cats in his area. Indoors mostly but enjoys going out too. If you work from home, that would be good because he likes his human. My circumstances have changed.

  Bellatrix is a fun loving little girl! She is super cuddly, loves to snuggle under blankets, and is very affectionate. She still has a ton of kitten energy when she plays so there is never a dull moment. One of her favorite things is to try to steal napkins and use them like a soccer ball. She loves toys of all kinds! Especially if it makes noise. If she isn't playing with a toy she is usually right behind her brother Salazar trying to cause mischief. She does listen well when you tell her no or off. There is not much that scares her, she gets along well with high energy small and large dogs. She is also really good at listening to the older cats in the house when they have had enough of her antics. She does really well with her litter box but does like it nice and clean. She loves her food and will let you know if the bowl is getting low or it's time for dinner. ##2001599##

Eeyore can be such a sweet and loving boy that just needs a little extra help. He loves to greet people at the door, gives high fives, and what I can only best describe as a dolphin jump for pets. He really enjoys cuddling up on a lap for some pets, hanging out in the window watching birds, and finding a good sunspot to soak up the last but of sunshine Oregon has left. He has started to become a vocal player especially when it comes to his spring toys, he loves to prance through the house letting everyone know he captured his pray. He gets along well with most cats but will need an adjustment period. He loves dogs and will try to wrestle and chase both large and small dogs.   Eeyore came to us at around 2.5 weeks old unable to move or feel his hind legs, and no bladder or bowel control. He was rushed to the vet where they found evidence of a previous fracture in his leg that was almost healed as well as nerve damage. With the help of physical therapy, he has movement of his legs now, though it's not the most traditional way of movement but it does not slow him down one bit. He uses his hind legs as if they were skis, he just scoots them along with him. He still needs help with the bathroom, Eeyore wears a diaper during the day, gets his bladder and bowels expressed around 3 times a day or as needed.   ##2034091##

Sporty came in with his siblings from a feral mother. It sometimes takes him a little bit to warm up to new people and situations. Sporty’s favorite foster friend in the world is our small dog, cuddling up to her and even grooming her head. Sporty will need to be in a home with one of his siblings or another younger cat (<1yr) or kitten to play with and roughhouse. Once he gets to know you, Sporty will be a loving, cuddly, and respectful boy. However, like all tuxedos, he has that special fancy flair that’s unique to him. Some of his favorite toys include shaker mice and feather wands. Sporty has been raised free-fed kibble and used pelleted and clay cat litter.
