Story
We got Dave when he was a kitten, he is about 3 years old. He is a very loving cat. He loves to play and cuddle. He has loud purrs. He gets along with cats, dogs and kids. We have three cats and he is the most gentle and cautious with our baby. He loves to watch him sleep and play. Dave is honestly the best cat I’ve ever had and it breaks my heart to have to rehome him and our other cats. Unfortunately our baby is allergic to cats so we have to rehome.

Story
Bella is a sweet and chubby girl. She’s about 3 years old. We’ve had her for almost a year and have since discovered that our baby is allergic to cats. She loves to play and will cuddle on her terms. She is great with cats once she is settled and comfortable and even better with kids. Like I said we have a baby and she’s been gentle with him. She loves treats and enjoys laying in front of a window or sliding glass door to watch the rain fall and birds fly by.

Story
Ruby Rae is 8 years old and a very independent indoor outdoor girl. She loves to roam the yard and snuggle up inside. She lives with dogs and cats and gets along with all of them. She can be aloof but also loving and is a good communicator when she wants to be touched or fed or let outside or inside. She responds with a chirp when you give her what she asks for like saying thank you. I adopted her from the Oregon Humane Society as a kitten. I am concerned that my move to MN will not be what is best for her and she needs a house where she can go in and out freely once she is oriented to where home is. She is not overly food driven but free feeds dry food and loves a Churu treat. She would do well in a multi animal home like mine or do well as the only cat. It is a hard decision but I am trying to make decisions that will make her happy and maintenance of her lifestyle is probably more important to her than staying with me and adjusting her lifestyle.

Story
Ember and his brother, Umber, need to be adopted together. They are approximately six or seven months old and are very bonded. They were rescued from an alley when they were about six weeks old, thus they were not hand raised from birth and do not like to be picked up. They are very sweet and do love to be petted and they love to play fetch with their toy mouse and Umber can jump several feet in the air during his playtime. They can be nervous around new people or by sudden movements or loud noises. They will do best in a reasonably quiet home with a predictable routine. They would not do well in a home with children under the age of 12 or so. Children would need to be respectful. But the ideal home would be with a single person or a couple who like to have a couple of sweet cats around that don’t demand too much attention. They presently live in a home with two mini dachshunds which they tolerate but don’t want to engage with. They are fully house/litter box trained.

These cats are in Troutdale, Oregon too!

Story
Looking for a new companion for your resident cat? Meet Barney 🐾, a shy but sweet kitten who needs a patient and quiet home. This little guy is easily startled by loud noises and new people, but he often finds confidence with another feline friend nearby. He will need time to decompress in a new environment, and he'll do best with an experienced cat owner who understands he'll need space to adjust on his own terms. Barney's new family should be prepared to let him hide until he feels safe enough to explore. If you have a calm cat at home who might be a good mentor for a timid friend, Barney could be the perfect addition to your family. With a little time and a lot of love, we know this shy kitten will blossom into a loving companion! ❤️ Primary Color: Blue Secondary Color: White Weight: 9.5625 Age: 0yrs 6mths 3wks

Story
Meet Halloumi, a tiny work-in-progress with the softest heart and a healthy dose of kitten caution. While many kittens are born ready to party, Halloumi prefers to take in the world from the safety of a cozy nook or a sturdy cardboard box. She is still learning that hands are for petting and that humans are friends, so she's looking for a dedicated adopter who enjoys the "slow and steady" approach to bonding. With a bit of patience, some tasty wet food, and a quiet environment where she can find her confidence, Halloumi's brave side is sure to emerge. Watching this little wallflower finally decide to come out and play will be the most rewarding gift you'll receive all year. Primary Color: Tuxedo Weight: 2.625 Age: 0yrs 0mths 9wks
