True to her name, she’s gentle, sweet-natured, and quietly brave—more of a soft-and-steady charmer than the loudest one in the room. She has a curious little “what’s happening over here?” vibe and loves to do a calm check-in with her people: she’ll wander over to see what you’re up to, give you that warm, thoughtful look, and then settle in nearby to keep you company. Bingo is affectionate in that easy, comforting way—like a cozy sidekick who makes your home feel happier just by being in it. This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to make. I love Laurel very much and have truly tried to make this work, but after moving into an apartment she is not adjusting well. Laurel has been a mostly outdoor cat her entire life, and apartment living has been very stressful for her. She will not consistently use a litter box and is damaging the apartment. It’s clear she truly needs outdoor access to be happy and healthy. Laurel would do best in a home where she can safely be outside — such as a house with a yard, farm, barn, or a property where she can come and go. She has always stayed close to home and does not roam far. To help her transition, I will provide: ✔️ A heated outdoor cat house ✔️ A brand-new self-cleaning litter box ✔️ Any supplies she currently uses I am looking for a responsible, caring home that can provide her the outdoor space she needs. This decision was not made lightly, and my only goal is Laurel’s happiness and safety.

Inu is a very sweet cat. He loves to cuddle and play. He enjoys people and climbing. He’s also very vocal if you enjoy vocal cats. 🐈

MEET OLIVER!Oliver is a 4 year old jokester with SO MUCH to say! Oliver has the funniest monotone meow - think Gary from Spongebob, but even cuter because he is genuinely excited to talk to you. He also is kind of a neat freak and will groom our staff and volunteers almost as if to say `When was the last time you showered? You smell like an animal shelter!` Thanks, Oliver...Oli is a pretty laid back and chill guy who enjoys playing for a little, but would much prefer to patrol the premises and make sure everything is tidy and where it`s supposed to be. He isn`t really the clingy type - though he loves attention, getting scratched, and casual conversation, Oliver has a job to do and it is something he takes very seriously. He WILL however give you kisses right on your lips if you allow him (and yes... we do.) His love language is keeping the household together through vigilant security and moderated affection - come on, what more could you ask for?We do suspect that Oliver has hyperesthesia, which could be triggered by stress. We started him on a course of medicine once a day, which he happily takes in his food, and it`s been smooth sailing since with no issues! Although Oliver is FIV+, he can live a happy, healthy, normal life as long as he is kept indoors only and stays up to date with his vet, just like any other kitty!Oliver is neutered and up to date on vaccines and prevention. MEET FRECKLES!3 year old Freckles is everything you could want in a kitty - he is affectionate, goofy, playful, and SO handsome! This boy is the purr-fect mix of a lovable snugglebug and fetch partner, all rolled into one speckled bundle of floof!Freckles is SO perfect that he will be the only cat you need, which he considers a requirement. While we think he might react differently in a home environment, Freckles has not been a fan of the other kitties here at the shelter and does not care to share the affection that should obviously be solely given to him. We can`t blame the guy - he wants to be the ONLY center of your universe and we think he deserves that title.Freckles is up to date on vaccines, neutered, current on prevention, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative. MEET MONTY!Monty the gentle giant arrived at our shelter injured and misunderstood, but revealed himself to be an absolute lovebug that is obsessed with people! This 4 year old big-headed, soft-eyed hunk is proof that sometimes the most intimidating looking kitties turn out to be the most loving. Monty shows us every day how grateful he is to be safe, warm, and well fed. He expresses his gratitude through his persistent begging to be coddled and touched - the second he sees you, his eyes light up and he begins to absolutely melt.Despite his rough start as a stray, Monty is gentle, affectionate, and deeply devoted to head-to-hand contact. Once you make eye contact with him, he leans his entire oversized noggin into you like he`s been waiting his whole life to find kindness in the world. Monty wants nothing more than to be close to people and soak up the love he somehow never lost faith in.Monty is FIV-positive, but has tested well with other cats at the shelter. When we say `well,` we mean that he is totally indifferent and completely ignores them as if they aren`t even there.After surviving injury, hardship, and life on the streets, all Monty wants now is a safe and peaceful forever indoor-only home where he can finally rest, trust, and be cherished the way he has always deserved- as a beloved and valued family member. Monty is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and current on prevention.Big head. Bigger heart. Zero feral vibes.
