Story
Honey is a very lovely girl. She is about 6 years old but you’d think she’s closer to 3 with how much energy and spunk she has. I personally have had honey for 2 and a half years and she’s been very good for most of that time. When I got her we found out that she actually was suffering from heartworms but she has now recovered and is in a clean bill of health. But we are currently in a state where she isn’t getting along with our other dog. We’ve tried training and just getting them adjusted but she just can’t seem to not be in a state of just jealousy or just being dominant with her. I’m not too sure if it’s because the other one is a girl or if it’s just because of jealousy. She is so loving to people and kids and she would really thrive in an environment with kids and just heavy play or moving around constantly. I wish I could give that to her but I just can’t. I love her so much but just want her in a perfect place for her.

Bucky is a 2.5-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd / Croatian Sheepdog mix looking for the right home. As we prepare to welcome our first child this year, we've realized that Bucky would be happiest in a home that can continue providing the calm environment, structure, and attention he thrives on. He is affectionate, loyal, playful, and loves being close to his people. He enjoys cuddling, tug-of-war, fetch, learning new commands, baths, munching on ice cubes, spending time outdoors, and having jobs or tasks to do. He's very intelligent, "talkative," house-trained, crate-trained, fixed, fully vaccinated, and knows many commands including sit, lay down, shake, toy, and potty. Our goal is to find a loving home that understands his needs. Bucky would likely do best with an experienced owner in a calm, adult-only home. He bonds deeply with his family but can be anxious around unfamiliar people, children, and dogs. Slow introductions are important, and he would likely thrive as the only pet.

Story
Lilah is a sweet, energetic, angel of a dog. She is so kind and loving and has never met a person or animal she doesn’t like. She has lots and lots of energy and will cuddle up in your lap after a long day of running around. She has been a wonderful dog. While with us, she’s never had any health issues, has never been mean and has met everyone who’s entered our home with lots of love. The reason we’re looking to rehome her is due to my wife’s health complications. Shes been in a long journey of complicated and difficult health issues. When we first got Lilah, they weren’t nearly as bad as they have gotten now. We do not have the ability to give Lilah the attention and love she deserves and it has been difficult for my wife to navigate with an energetic dog, as sweet as she is. Rehoming her really seems to be the best thing for all parties. But we are very particular with the home she goes to. We want to make sure it is right for everyone involved.
