📌 Important Adoption Information
All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea.
Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures.
Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process.
**Health Status:**
Tosi is in overall good health. He is neutered, receives monthly heartworm prevention on the 10th of each month, and has no known allergies. He behaves exceptionally well during veterinary visits and shows no fear or aggression.

**Rescue Story**
On January 7, 2026, during an exceptionally cold winter day, two Whippets were reported abandoned on the roadside. Both dogs were extremely underweight, with visible bones, yet were still wearing clothes—clear evidence of intentional abandonment.
The dogs, later named **Latte** and **Tosi**, are believed to be siblings and appear to have spent their entire lives together. Our team rescued them immediately, provided medical care, and supported their recovery. While we are actively pursuing the individuals responsible for their abandonment, only circumstantial evidence has been secured so far, preventing legal action at this time.
After more than a month of rehabilitation, Tosi is now healthy, emotionally stable, and ready to begin his adoption journey. A bonded adoption with Latte would be ideal, but we are also considering separate placements in exceptional homes.
**Personality**
While Latte is gentle and soft, **Tosi is confident and bold**. He has a big presence, a playful spirit, and what his foster describes as a true “leader” personality. Despite his confidence, he is affectionate, people-oriented, and deeply attached to those he trusts.

* **With cats:** Curious and friendly; wants to greet all animals.
* **With adults & children:** Loves everyone and seeks attention readily.

He becomes especially animated during playtime and when toys are involved.
**Daily Life & Behavior**
* **Bathing:** Not fond of water, but cooperative. Stays calm during washing and face cleaning.
* **Leash manners:** Energetic. He tries to greet every dog and person he sees.
* **House training:**
* Uses pee pads indoors (about 80% accuracy).
* Bowel movements tend to occur in specific areas.
* Frequently defecates during walks, suggesting high potential for outdoor potty training.
* **Barking/Howling:**
* May bark when hearing other dogs outside, but not excessive.
* **Car rides:** Experiences motion sickness approximately 80% of the time.

Tosi has a strong food drive, likely due to past neglect. He sometimes guards his own food bowl and may block Latte from approaching while eating, but **he has never shown aggression**. Clear structure and supervised feeding resolve this easily.
