Story
He is kind and very playful. He is very friendly. He loves toys. He gets attached to people very easily and is very sensitive. He likes belly rubs. Kylo has a one-year-old Yorkiechon brother who have never been apart since the day they were born. They are deeply bonded — play together, protect one another, and truly find comfort in each other’s presence. Because of this bond, separating them would break their hearts. They are incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loving dogs with gentle souls and lots of energy. Watching them interact, you can see how much they rely on each other — it’s not just companionship, it’s family. Both boys completed two weeks of OFF LEASH K9 training, and they did very well. Like any training, it must be consistently reinforced at home to be successful long-term. They will thrive with an adopter who understands that training is an ongoing commitment and is happy to continue working with them—particularly if they choose to keep them together.

Story
There is nothing more fun than having a charming Rupert in your life.  This Yorkie boy is called Rup for a nick nane and he is also known as the master of the house. This Yorkie is 19 months old and weighs 12 pounds but he is big man on campus. And what a super lover he is while also being the super duper Bossman in the household. He would do best in a home without any other dogs since he has decided to be dog selective. Some of the dogs in his foster home he likes, and some of them he doesn’t.   He is destined to just be the Only Child in his future dog home. He’s been around cats and does fine but is the feline friends decide to run, he enjoys the chase.   So just be aware.  Rupert must claim your lap and he insists on being your co-pilot when you leave in the car.  He is an excellent rider.  When you leave and then come home later he is just so happy to jump and wiggle and always gives you a happy little greeting.  This happy greeting of twirling and dancing and happy smiles will make you leave your worries at the front door. He is fully vetted and microchipped.  If you haven't noticed, he has a beautiful soft coat that sparkles in the sunlight like finely spun silk threads.  If you are interested in our boy  Rupert,  19 months and 12 lbs, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.February 12, 2026, 9:03 pm

Story
Current Location: Spring Grove, PA Meet Nathan: A Spirited Little Adventurer Looking for His Perfect Match This scruffy 13 pound terrier poodle mix is a bundle of blonde and gold energy just waiting to brighten your days! At 3 years old, Nathan has the spirit of a dog who believes life is meant to be lived at full throttle: running, playing, fetching, and repeating. Nathan is already showing great promise in some areas. He's crate trained and sleeps peacefully through the night without a peep. He's mostly leash trained and ready to go on walks with you (though he might need a little reassurance when darkness falls, as he's still working on being brave at night). He absolutely loves his chew toys and will happily chase after a ball or toy for as long as you're willing to throw it. This active little guy is still mastering some life skills. He's working on housebreaking and does best when given structure and a consistent routine. He doesn't know commands yet, but he's ready and willing to learn with a patient teacher. Nathan is great with other dogs, though his enthusiasm knows no bounds. He'd absolutely thrive with another playful canine companion who matches his energy and loves to romp. Fair warning: he will chase cats, so a feline free home is best. Nathan needs an active family who appreciates his zest for life and is ready to continue his training journey. Someone who will give him plenty of exercise, engaging playtime, and the guidance to become his best self. If you're looking for a fun loving, spirited companion who will keep you moving and make you smile, Nathan is your guy!

I’m looking for my forever family! Is that with you? If so please click “apply for adoption” or submit an application through the Adopt tab. Let’s get our family started! "This dog tested positive for heartworm disease before arriving to the rescue. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito producing a positive test in six months. OPH will treat the dog and provide two weeks of recovery time prior to adoption. Potential adopters will receive detailed information on the disease and their role in completing the recovery process from OPH’s heartworm coordinator. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable. Story
Pearl is a precious little jewel for sure! She is a cuddle bug and a little shadow to her owner. She would do best with someone that is home the majority of the time. She would bond mostly with a woman, but be fine with a husband as well. She is healthy, smart, agile, and would do well as an only dog. She is definitely a lap dog. She would do fine with other dogs but she is the boss. She is above playing with puppies. She is puppy pad / house broken trained. strayheartsrescue@outlook.com https://forms.gle/suhbpui9RXiVmvoJ9
