She is good with most other dogs, but can be over reactive to high arousal situations. Meaning no dog parks for this girl. She loves to play with toys and will throw the toy and chase it down herself. She loves her people and wants to be with you. She doesn't like cats and she's nervous in new situations. Sadie came from a terrible hoarding situation. Meet Yuki! This sweet 7-month-old pup is a little extra special — he’s deaf, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. Yuki is learning ESL (sign language) and will continue his training as he waits for his forever family. He’s fully potty trained, does great in a crate, and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats — from tiny to giant! Yuki also loves children and shows great respect for their boundaries. This smart boy absolutely loves treats and food, which makes training easy and fun. He’s loyal, attentive, and loves staying close by your side. Yuki will continue his training until adoption, but we believe he’s ready to find the loving forever home he deserves! Very good boy Tennessee, our friend with City of Raytown Animal Services, was one of the first dogs at the new Raytown Dog Park yesterday, and he was amazing! He did a great job with fence introductions, stayed close by off leash, and had a blast! He has been overlooked for months and has had zero interest. This guy is a fawn/white pit mix and around three years old. He does well with other dogs, has not been cat tested, and is calm and responsive to his people. The amazing staff at Laurel Pet Resort have been working with him on sit and he offers snuggles in return! If you'd like to know more about this wonderful, sweet boy, call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387. He's in the Kansas City metro, but transport is available to the right home.
