Story
Baby, a heart-wrenching 3-year-old pit bull mix, was on the brink of losing her life when we rescued her from Lifeline Animal Shelter. With mere minutes to spare, we pulled her from the euthanasia list, saving her from an uncertain fate. When we first met Baby, she was one of the saddest dogs we had ever seen. Her eyes held a deep sorrow, a reflection of the hardships she had endured. But beneath her somber exterior, we saw a spark of hope, a longing for love and a chance at a better life. We believe that Baby deserves a loving family who will cherish her for the gentle and playful soul she truly is. She's a big girl with a heart of gold, eager to bond with her new human companions. With patience, positive reinforcement, and plenty of love, Baby can blossom into the happiest dog you've ever known. If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and playful companion, Baby is the perfect match for you. Please consider opening your heart and home to this deserving girl.

Story
This handsome guy is Splot, a 2-year-old Bully mix with a big heart and a goofy personality. Splot is a sweet, playful dog who loves people. He's a total cuddle bug and enjoys nothing more than a good belly rub and some quality time with his favorite humans. Splot's ideal home would be one where he can be the only dog. He gets overstimulated and a little nervous around other dogs, so a home without other pets would be the best fit for him. This also means he gets to be the star of the show and soak up all your love and attention! He's an active guy who loves to play with toys and go for walks. He's very smart and eager to learn, and he'd thrive with a family committed to continuing his positive reinforcement training. Splot is house-trained, up to date on all his shots, and ready to find his forever family. Do you have a Splot-shaped hole in your heart? Come meet this wonderful boy and see if he's the perfect match for you.

Story
Sweet Pea is a beautiful brindle Terrier and Pit Bull mix who is approximately 2-3 years old. She has been a stray dog that we've been caring for since December 28, 2024. Despite her rough start, she has shown herself to be a sweet and gentle soul. Temperament: With People: Sweet Pea is friendly towards both familiar and unfamiliar people. She seems eager to please and has a gentle demeanor. With Other Dogs: She is generally aloof around other dogs and hasn't had much interaction with other species like cats or small mammals. Behavior: Sweet Pea is quiet and has not shown any aggressive behavior. She can be a bit hard to persuade, but with confident leadership and a loving environment, she is sure to thrive. Health: Sweet Pea had some skin issues when we found her, but with medication, antibiotics, and anti-fungal baths, she is on the mend and her skin is almost healed. Her bloodwork from the vet came back great! Special Quirks: Sweet Pea’s teeth chatter when she is excited. She loves cuddles and is very quiet, making her a great companion for many different home environments. She hates cold weather and would benefit from living inside due to her sensitivity. Training: House-trained with zero accidents. Leash walking and crate trained, though she sometimes resists going into the crate. Needs more exposure and training as she gets acclimated to new experiences like car rides, stairs, and baths. She enjoys relaxing, cuddling, and seeks affection throughout the day. Feeding schedule is 8 AM, noon, and 5 PM, with plans to reduce to 2 meals a day as she reaches a healthier weight. Ideal Home: Sweet Pea would thrive in a home where she can live inside and be part of the family. She may do well with a confident dog to help her adjust to new experiences. She needs a family who can dedicate time to her training and offer her a loving environment.

Story
D’usse and I met when she was 9 weeks old. I went to visit a friend and her family one night and she told me a puppy needed a home ASAP. She asked me if I could take her, and I did. Since then, I have had the pleasure of getting to know her personality. She a very active dog and loves to play, extremely cuddly and loves to lay on your lap. D’usse is incredibly intelligent and would make a perfect family dog. I have a super busy schedule now due to unpreventable circumstances and can no longer give her a good quality of life. Feel free to reach out and get know this sweet girl and see if she’s a good fit for your family!
