Story
Meet Raven! This pretty girl is a 3 year old Pitbull mix. She was adopted from here as a puppy but sadly, she was returned recently for not getting along with the cat in the home. Raven is the happiest girl! She is content and happy no matter what she is doing. Whether she is snuggled up in her bed with her favorite toy or playing in the play yard, she is always happy. She also loves to share her toys and will bring it to you. Raven is well mannered but needs to work on her jumping a little bit. She also keeps her kennel very clean. We are unsure how she is with other dogs but all dogs in the home will need to be present to meet her. She can’t be in a home with cats. Raven will be available for adoption tomorrow at 12pm and is eager to meet you. Story
Meet Miss Sadie 💕This beautiful girl is a 3 year old Pitbull mix. She was adopted from here as a 3 month old puppy but was sadly returned about 1 month ago. She was surrendered due to very unfortunate circumstances that were of no fault to her or her owner. This has left Sadie frightened and anxious. We placed Sadie in a foster home to become more comfortable but now it’s time for her to find her new home. Sadie is scared of new people and very fearful of men. We are working on overcoming both with kind words and gentle pets. Once she trusts you, she melts into your lap and gives the best kisses. She was with a puppy in her foster home and was tolerant of all of his puppy roughhousing. However, she may have been a little too interested in the cats in the home. In her previous home, she was with children and did great with them. Sadie just needs someone to love her. She loves scratches and cuddles. She will be available today at 12pm. All dogs and men in the home must be present to meet Sadie. Please visit noahsarkanimals.org to review all adoption requirements and submit an application. She’s eager to meet you!To apply to adopt a dog from Noah's Ark in Rockford, IL, please visit noahsarkanimals.org.

Meet Geranium & Peony! These 2 cuties are 3 month old Pitbull mixes. They were found as strays in a park and were picked up by WCAS. We pulled them and hope they can find their new homes soon! Both girls are sweet, curious, playful little pups. They love to explore and play outside. They are petite girls and will likely grow to 40-50 lbs. They seem to like their dog neighbors and seem unbothered by children. Being young puppies, they will need a lot of training, exercise and playtime. Both girls will be available for adoption today at 12pm. Please visit noahsarkanimals.org to review all adoption requirements. They can’t wait to meet you!To apply to adopt a dog from Noah's Ark in Rockford, IL, please visit noahsarkanimals.org.

Meet Dumptruck! This handsome man is a 3 year old Pittie mix. He came in as a stray but sadly, no one came for him. He is now ready to be your new best friend. Dumptruck is in fact just as sweet as he looks. He approaches you gently and is so soft when taking treats. He loves to snuggle up in his bed with a stuffed toy. But when he’s not being the gentlest boy, he loves long walks and playing outside. He has some basic training and keeps his kennel very clean. Dumptruck will be available for adoption tomorrow at 12pm. All dogs in the home must be present to meet him.
