Story

Kosmo is a great dog that deserves the attention that I am not able to give him. He is good in the house (outside of his cage) all day while I'm at work. He has not been around alot of dogs but seems to be good with them once the youthful playing is done, he has always had his tail wagging when around other dogs he just wants to play. I think maybe a house with another dog would be good. Kosmo is just over 1 1/2 years old. He is very smart but could work on his leash manners.

None of this situation is Magics fault, we have to move from our place after 24 years and absolutely cannot find a place that will except pit bulls, Magic is a gentle soul, and loves with his whole big heart!! Magic is red/blue nose pit!! With a beautiful soul!! He deserves so much more than what is taking place at this time, and I promise this isn’t something we take lightly, we have tried time and time again to find a place where Magic can go. Meet Maurice: Maurice is a 2 year 3 months old (as of April 2025) pit / lab mix (best guess) that weighs around 53 pounds. Maurice is timid but sweet. He gives lots of kisses, likes belly rubs, and will paw for more attention. He loves being outside where he can sniff things, watch squirrels and birds, and run around. A fenced-in yard or someone looking for a walking buddy would be ideal for Maurice. He is great in the car, crate and house-trained, and will entertain himself with chew bones. Maurice is currently in a foster home in the Leesport, PA area. Maurice gets along well with other dogs, but prefers female canine companions who don't mind that he's an attention hog. He only got outside to play two times a day, then the rest of his time is spent in a dog run. Spud deserves a home of his own. Chip and his litter mates (Belle, Prince, Hunter, Magic, Maurice, Maestro, Phillipe and FiFi) were rescued from being sold out of the back of a pickup truck at a grocery store. Chip is currently in a loving foster home in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to meet more prospective families. Chip is a loving and attentive dog who will give you kisses. Meet Penny: Penny is about a 2 year old (as of November 2023) pit bull terrier mix (best guess) that weighs 48 pounds. Penny was a lucky one that was rescued from a southern high kill shelter after she was scheduled for euthanasia. Once in the foster’s home it was discovered that she was pregnant; Penny gave birth to 3 live puppies and remaining 6 were still born. She has been a wonderfully sweet mama and we want to find her and her pups the best forever homes! Penny is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Penny is a very sweet, active young lady and will need a family that likes to be active as well. Penny is a very playful girl who is constantly getting the zoomies. She is very athletic and would excel at sports! Penny is shy at first but will warm up quickly once bribed with treats and given time to get to know you. (She loves “Fromm Crunchy O’s” treats!) Penny is dog friendly if properly & slowly introduced. She prefers the company of submissive dogs her size or larger. She will need an experienced home because she will resource guard her food, treats & toys, so we don’t recommend small children for her. Penny has stunning blue eyes and a zest for life! Penny’s house training status is currently being assessed. Penny will need a home with a fenced in yard for her to play safely and get all of her zoomies out.
