Meet Honey! Honey is a 7-8 year old Pittie mix who’s all about the quiet, cozy life. At around 60 lbs, she’s got the perfect size to cuddle up next to you on the couch or nap the day away. Despite her past, she’s one of the sweetest and most tolerant dogs you’ll ever meet—especially once she trusts you.Honey gets along with all other dogs, big or small, though she’s more of a `chill companion` than an active player. Puppies can be a bit much for her (she’s not a fan of face-to-face puppy energy!), but she’s great with adults and older dogs. She’s not at all aggressive, and will happily move away from food or toys if another dog or person approaches—no guarding here! This lady is house trained, does well in her crate, and is very calm around kids (ages 7-17). While she’s gentle and patient with them, Honey would probably do best in a home with older children who are a little more mindful of her need for a calm environment.
