Story
Rehoming Two Very Affectionate Cats I am faced with the difficult decision of finding a new home for my two sweetheart cats. They are two years old and from the same litter. Healthy, neutered, and up-to-date on vaccines. Due to financial circumstances, I am moving in with my family, where there is a dog that is aggressive towards cats. To ensure their safety and well-being, I am seeking a kind, safe, and loving home where they can continue to thrive together. Please see the attached photos. If you are interested in providing a forever home for Moose and Bao, or if you know of someone who might be, please reach out to me at the email provided. Your kindness and assistance in spreading the word are greatly appreciated. Gratefully, Isabel

Story
Her name is Tia and she has a sister named Tamera (like the tv show sister sister). She loves cuddles and crossing between your legs and playing with your feet. She is a sweet heart and unfortunately I can’t keep; so I’m asking if anyone has love to spare for her. She loves playing tag with other cats and love to fall asleep under you or your lap.

Story
Boots is an incredibly loving, high-energy boy. This spirited guy was living on the streets of Baltimore for his first few months of life before I rescued him. From the outset, he was the sweetest - and most playful - cat I've met. In the over two years I've had him, he's never hissed at me, and loves to sleep under a blanket by my feet - or on them. He's spent a lot of time with a couple golden retrievers, who are his best friends, so he typically can be good with dogs (or get accustomed to them). Boots has a lot of energy and loves being around people; he should go to a home with someone who can play with him and keep him entertained.

Story
Are you an introvert? If so, this is your guy! Sassafras Swirl is too. He arrived at my door a little over a year ago. He was emaciated and wasn't going to make it. I started feeding him, fell in love with him, and brought him inside. He was clearly a former housecat. I have 3 other cats and I have tried every suggestion available to integrate them. I started keeping them fully separate in December when Sassafras had his second episode of FLUTD (feline lower urinary tract disease) due to stress. During that second episode, he had a PU (perineal urethrostomy) surgery. That, along with a prescription diet to ensure he won't develop any more urinary crystals and keeping him separate from the other 3, seems to have fully resolved his issues. I love this little guy a ton and I want to keep him forever, but keeping him separated is doing him a disservice. I really think in a home of his own, with no other pets or kids\grandkids, he would really blossom.

Story
Hi all, We've been fostering two sister cats, Zizou and Didier, that are 10 months old and bonded (i.e., can't be separated). They're both very affectionate, playful, and tame indoor cats. They're litter trained and eat dry food from an automatic feeder, requiring minimal daily care other than attention and cuddles. They're also great with kids of all ages and are not shy to strangers. For example, we've left them in the care of cat sitters on a couple of trips and there were no issues. Also, they're fully vaccinated and spayed. We're sad that we can't keep them and really want to find them a loving and permanent home. Here's Didier's profile: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/43733780-washington-district-of-columbia-cat
