Story
One of 2 boys in a litter of 5. They were found outside in the rain and taken in. Unfortunately, the mother never returned and so we kept them. Finances have gotten a little stressful and so it would be better to have someone else take care of them. Goldie was born in March making him 9 months old. A home with a lot of attention and love would be great for him. He is definitely the needy one of the group, crying out for pets as a kitten and being the most vocal one now when demanding stuff. He is very affectionate and very clingy. He will follow you everywhere.

Story
One of 2 boys in a litter of 5. The litter was found outside in our back yard in the rain. The mother never returned to look for them and so they were kept. The expenses have become too much so unfortunately we cannot take care of them anymore. He is 9 months old and born in March. We are looking for a household with lots of care, love, and patience. Foxy is definitely the more difficult one of the 5 since he can be very picky with his litter box (prioritizes using litter box but has less tolerance to a dirty litter box than the others) and very rowdy. What he is in difficult he makes up in how charming, silly, and an overall sweetheart he is. He never failed to put a smile on my face.

Story
Oscar is an Energetic, Vocal, Playful Orange Tabby Oscar survived a rough start. He was abandoned by my last tenant who left him outside. And there he had some brawls with street cats & got sick & hurt. He showed up on at our door on the edge of death. After a mini surgery, antibiotics & weeks of care, Oscar is healthy, active, and very affectionate. He is playful, chatty, curious, and wants to be part of everything you are doing. He is litter-trained, and ready for a home that loves orange tabby personalities. He is pretty goofy & I would say he has that orange tabby personality for sure. He is about 2 years old we estimate, and was recently neutered.

Story
This sweet, silly, and "Sassy Man" is looking for a home of his own with no other pets or kids. He's a shy guy with anxiety who would love a pet parent(s) who can relate, and show him patience. He's made HUGE strides, and I know as an only pet he would blossom! He lets me give him kisses on his head now and being OK with getting picked up is what we are currently working on. This obviously former house cat arrived at my door in Nov 2023, emaciated, and wasn't going to make it. I started feeding him, fell in love with him, and brought him inside. Sassafras had perineal urethrostomy surgery in Dec 2024 after a bad feline lower urinary tract disease episode. That, a partial prescription diet, and being separated from my other cats, has resolved his issues. I have 3 cats and he is bullied by one of them. I've "tried it all" and nothing has worked. For his health, I keep him separated, but it breaks my heart and I know he misses sleeping on my bed and being out and about in the house.

Story
Rehoming my cat, he does not get along with other animals (tolerates them) but ultimately fights with dogs and cats and is quite territorial. Black Male ~5 years old, 10-13lbs Neutered, microchipped Requires Urinary Prescription Diet** (i can give you the prescription), up to date on Rabies and FVRCP Vaccines. The cat is super cuddly and gets along well with humans. Doesnt freak out if he’s picked up or in a carrier. Isn’t really a troublemaker in terms of house etiquette, just has a history of bladder infection and a kidney blockage (hence the prescription diet). He truly just needs to be in a home by himself to be happy.

Story
This is Omar and don't let the picture fool you. His is a pretty big boy and weighs close to 20 lbs. We adopted him from a stray cat shelter in Baltimore. Born and raised in the mean streets of West Baltimore, Omar is named after the iconic character from "The Wire". He survived 6-7 years in one of the roughest part of the city before being given to a shelter where we adopted him. He is a great companion and loves to sit right next to you as you watch TV. Omar isn't really much of a lap cat but will definite try to sit right in between you and a family member on the couch during a movie. He is great around kids and will never bite or scratch them or you. He also gets along fine with other cats but is also fine if he is the only pet. Having spent all those years in the hood, Omar has no interest in going back outside so you wont have to worry about him running outside if you leave the door open too long.
