She came from the Stockton shelter where one of our RPNC volunteers first heard about her and started fostering her. Norah was a medical foster due to her having a prolapsed rectum. She's had two surgeries to repair her colon and after a long recovery period Norah is ready to find her forever home. Norah will need to stay on special food through her life and it will be important for her new family to understand her medical condition. There is a possibility that she will need to have another surgery by a specialist. However, her foster has been able to control her condition with diet and we are hopeful her new family will be able to do the same. Norah is a typical 6 month old puppy. She loves to play, play, play. She currently lives with 2 other dogs; a younger dog and an older dog. She does great with both. Plays with the younger dog and respects the older dog. She also lives with a cat, that she likes to chase. We think with boundaries and more training she could live with a dog savvy cat. She loves all peoples. She is house and crate trained but is still learning the command "go to bed" to go into her crate on command and she is still learning the basics such as sit. Altough Norah is your typical active puppy, she can also chill out and chew on a nyla bone for hours. Norah would be a fantastic addition to any family. She is one of those dogs that fits in with everyone. Say hello to Chloe! Chloe came to us after being removed from a bad situation. Since then, she' been spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and is living large indoors and luvin it!! She adores all things soft - soft blankets, soft beds, soft laps. Since joining our foster's home back in May, Chloe has learned so many new things. She has learned that riding in a car isn't so bad if there's something good at the destination! She is completely crate-trained and house trained, and has learned to walk on a leash and go for adventures. She even went on a camping trip and was such a great camp dog, hanging out with her peeps in camp.Chloe loves to sunbathe and get belly rubs. She loves to cuddle on the couch and sleep in bed with her favorite humans. She enjoys meeting new people. During our last adoption event, she surprised everyone by how confident she was. In a heartbreaking turn of events, we were able to locate her original owner, but they could no longer afford to keep her. She is longing for a family again as she wants nothing more than to just hang out with you! She’s a low-maintenance dog that would be perfect for apartment or home living and would be a great choice for a family with children. Daisy is smart, fun and loves her stuffies! She’s currently enrolled in training sessions to master leash walking in urban environments around other dogs. Her former owner said she played well with other dogs. Blu is a 7 month old English bulldog Rottweiler mix. He is a very loving fun, witty boy. Blu is microchip and has been neutered as of Wednesday, December 17. He is great around children, but unfortunately, within the last couple of months we have found that he has a hard time with other dogs. We have blu’s dad and unfortunately, we have had a hard time integrating them together in a safe manner that’s why we believe blue would be better off any home with no other pets. We desperately do not want to rehome him however it is the safest thing for not only blu but our other pet in the home. Our sweet boy would come with food, kennel, bed and his favorite toys.
