Story
Khan is a sober, lovable 11 year old Staffordshire/Lab mix. His likes are laying with his brother Caesar, playing games that spark his prey drive, chewing treat toys and napping. He was bitten once while on the leash so he can be reactive on a leash but has improved significantly. He likes to cuddle his humans. He may be mature but has had an old soul since he was little.Khan and Caesar are litter mates who love to go on walk together and boop noses if they lose sight of each other. They love to hang out together and cuddle.

Story
I’m always happy!I thrive on structure and routine and love sleeping in my crate at night. It’s a safe space for me to fully chill out.I am crate-trained and I know how to use bells on the door when I need to potty.Although I get intense zoomies, I love snuggling with my humans when I’m ready to and can sleep for hours if I’m really tired. My favorite game is tug-of-war. My sister taught me and it’s always my go to.Continued training for impulse control and reactivity on walks would be amazing. I’ve done well with my training so far but I still need help learning.I play mouthy and jump when I get excited, so no kids under 12.Sometimes I get overstimulated and my brain doesn’t know how to react so I need a home without any other animals.Because I get nervous at the vet, I’ll need extra patience with shots, nail trims, etc.I have a lot of love to give and really just need wonderful humans with a home that can help me feel confident.

Story
Nova is coming up on 2 years (August 1st). We are looking to re-home her because we feel because we now have a 1 year old son and plan to have another child soon. We are not giving her the time she needs/wants. She is very sweet and very loyal. She is and indoor/outdoor dog currently but can be trained to be one or the other. She knows simple commands, but doesn’t really have any tricks down. She deserves a family/owner that can give her more time/love!

Story
Cova. Papered American Pit Bull. Born with cleft. Has healed broken tail. Spayed. Anxiety from previous trauma. We adopted her when she was approximately one year and have had her since 2020. Suspect she needs to be with larger or established dogs, probably no more than one dog. No interest in cats (our cat has tried to play with her for years and she ignores her). Best with older children. She did fine when our youngest was a toddler, but she has a lot of anxiety and is older now, so idk that she’ll do well with a young child right now. However, she does need people, even older kids. She needs chunkier kibble (currently on Purina One). Smaller kibble gets caught in her cleft. Her cleft is mostly cosmetic, though she does occasionally have to work through some kibble that gets caught in her palate (this does, unfortunately, smell like literal death). She’s a good dog who just want calm and cuddles. Fully house trained. No incontinence or anything like that. Since she’s been with us, sh

Story
This girl hasn’t had an easy life. She originally came into the local shelter from a home where the woman was being abused by the man. It left a lasting impression on Diva and all of these years later she still doesn’t like men. She’s a petite pittie, around 50 pounds, fully-vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, house-trained, and crate-trained. She has done well with other large dogs and puppies. She would do best in a home with experienced handlers and a patient man willing to put in the time and effort into earning her trust. She has learned to trust some men in the past but it takes several months. Once you know diva and she knows you, it’s impossible to not love her. You will find her sprawled out, belly up on the bed or sunbathing in the backyard. Life hasn’t been fair, but Diva is smiling anyways☀️😁. Story
She wandered up on our land unexpectedly probably lost and hungry; gave her some food/water and she has not left. We have three cats that are not liking her and stay hidden most of the day. She is a very sweet dog. She is potty trained, doesn’t mind going on a leash for walks. {probably dumbed off.} She eats, sleeps and loves to chase a tennis ball! She is good around other dogs and was great around my 2 yr old grandson. She is updated on shots, negative heart worm test and taking monthly preventative tick, flea and heart worm pill. She is scheduled to be spayed on Sept 4. Already paid for as well. She would be great companion for someone who loves on her and could give her a loving and safe home. Please help her find her fur ever home.

Story
Slink is a young, playful Bull Terrier with all the goofy charm and energy the breed is known for. At about 1 year old, she’s still very much a “big puppy” and can be a little exuberant while she learns her manners. She enjoys people and attention but is selective with other dogs, so she will do best as an only dog. Due to her enthusiasm, an older kids home is recommended. Slink will be ready for adoption after her upcoming spay. She would thrive in an active home that can provide structure, consistency, and continued training. She’s a fun, affectionate girl with tons of potential—just needs the right person to guide her. 📍 DFW Area (Alvarado, TX) 🚗 Transport available
