Story
Charlie and his siblings Dennis, Dee, and Mac have an always sunny disposition. They are spunky, happy friendly and curious. Their favorite past time is hanging out by one of the ponds. They don't quite swim yet but definitely love water. Great with dogs of all sizes and with cats. Love to cuddle. Do not love being a crate though. They will each make perfect family dogs or adventure buddies for a single person or couple. They are some of the best puppies I've ever met. They were surrendered to a small rural shelter as an accidental litter. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue (copy and paste into a new browser window) Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Spokane, Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Bellingham) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Montana (Missoula) - Illinois (Vandalia, Springfield, Chicago) - Indiana (Spiceland, Burn Harbor) - Michigan (St Joseph, Battle Creek, Ann Arbor) - Wisconsin (Madison, Wausau, Eau Claire, Appleton, Milwaukee) - Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) - Iowa (Des Moines) - Ohio (Columbus and London) - Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) - New Jersey (Bedminster) - Nevada (Las Vegas) - Arizona (Flagstaff) Vetting: lifetime free microchip, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm protection, too young/small for neuter and heartworm test. Story
Mac and his siblings found themselves at a small rural shelter with no foot traffic so we got them out. Mac is curious and independent and loving and adventurous. He loves water and he spends most of his day exploring the woods and ponds on the property. He is super smart too. His siblings are all fluffier than he is and look more shepherd like than he does. He has more of a heeler look in terms of coloring and shape but based on their sizes and their growth since I got them, I believe they will be big dogs. Big, happy, friendly, loving dogs. He is about 4 months old. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. Story
Hi, I’m Zuni! I’m a big, fluffy bundle of curiosity, playfulness, and love, and I’m always ready for my next adventure. Some of my favorite things include playing tug-of-war, chewing on bones, and whipping my stuffed animals around like they owe me money. When the day winds down, I’m a great sleeper — I snooze peacefully through the night and I’m already potty trained (pretty impressive, right?). I walk nicely on a leash and, while the outside world can make me a little nervous sometimes, I’m getting braver every day. I’m learning how to say hello to new people and dogs, and so far I’ve been friendly with everyone I’ve met! I’m a growing pup, which means I’m always hungry — food is my love language. Being food-motivated has made learning easy and fun for me, and I already know how to sit. Teaching me new things is a breeze (especially if snacks are involved). Wherever you go, I’ll be close by. I’ll supervise while you wash dishes, brush your teeth, sit through work calls, and I’ll happily sleep next to you at night. Stairs are still my final boss, but I’m working on it. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow, a playful best friend, and a whole lot of joy wrapped in a fluffy body, I might just be your girl. Adopt me, and let’s take on life’s adventures together. ##2632193##

Story
Bobby is a very sweet, gentle, and tolerant boy who truly enjoys the company of other dogs. He can be a little nervous when first meeting new people or entering new situations, but with a bit of patience and kindness, his playful personality shines through. Once he warms up, Bobby loves to jump around, have fun, and show off his happy, goofy side. Because of his initial shyness and playful energy once he’s comfortable, Bobby would do best in a home with children 7 years and older who can respect his boundaries as he settles in. With love, reassurance, and a welcoming home, Bobby will make a loyal and joyful companion.
