Looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with love every single day? Allow us to introduce Kelly, a stunning girl with a heart full of affection and a spirit that lights up every room she enters. And SPEAKING of showers.... SHE LOVES THE WATER :) Kelly is a love bug through and through. One of her favorite things in the world is giving warm, gentle hugs. Lean in, and she’ll nestle right into you, as if to say, “You’re my person.” She absolutely adores being close to her humans, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than curling up beside you after a day full adventures. Scratches? Yes, please! Behind the ears, under the chin, or right at the base of her tail—Kelly is always up for a good scratch session, and she’ll reward you with the sweetest look of pure bliss. Kelly is the kind of dog who will quickly become your shadow—in the best way. She’s loyal, calm, and always eager to be part of the action, whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a walk around the neighborhood. She thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where she gets plenty of attention, affection, and quality time with her people. She's the perfect blend of affectionate and mellow—loving and eager to please. Kelly is ready to start her next chapter with someone who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. In return, she promises endless cuddles, constant companionship, and unconditional love. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Annie the Anatolian So glad to meet you! I am a gorgeous, floofy young adult girl with big paws & an even bigger heart. I am likely not a purebred Anatolian; I share a lot of characteristics with Great Pyrenees, another big, floofy breed. Both breed are guardians at heart. I am a little shy when I first meet people, but soon warm up, especially with children. I am also shy at first with other dogs, unless they are trying to butt in when you are loving on me! I love to eat. I am crate trained. I’m learning to love being brushed. Cats are ok. Digging random holes in the backyard is a lot of fun. I would love to become part of your family! Adopt me through God’s Dogs Rescue. Attributes: 90% housebroken Shy at first, but warms up quickly Affection hog Local adoption fee is $200(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.Hello to all of my fellow Mastiff lovers.   I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Bear and I am the quintessential Mastiff mix of loyalty, playfulness, gentleness, and protectiveness.  I would love to share my home with a human/s who know my breed well, as I am not a novice owner.  I take my job seriously and want you to know when there is a shift in the environment that may need your attention.   I am not a big barker but I am vigilant until you tell me that everything is ok.     I enjoy my crate and it can be a place of calm if I start to take my job too seriously.  I am completely house trained as well.     My strengths:  Smart - I know my 8 basic safety commands in varying capacities - Look, Touch, Sit, Down Stay, Come, Leave it, and Place.  Playful - I love toys, running, jumping, and hanging with my people.  Polite - I am polite on leash unless something fun comes my way like chickens or dogs.   I can become cautious if I see strangers but I move along fine if you tell me everything's ok.   Quiet - I am not a big barker and would prefer watching as things come and go in my environment.  Loyal - I am the most trustworthy guy you will ever know once I know that you are a part of my pack.  I am trusting and enjoy a cuddle once in a while.  I will look for you and want to be with you always.  Trusting - Once you belong to me, I am yours forever.   I am a great sleeper and love my meals.  I enjoy riding in cars.   I enjoy long walks when the weather is not too hot.  I think I would enjoy hiking a lot.     Things I am working on:  Commands - Perfecting my 8 safety commands.  Trusting new things - The more places I go and the more you can let me watch from a distance, the more I can trust new places.  Trusting new people - I need slow introductions with new people who are confident and want to have a relationship.  I am not interested in casual interactions.  I will do best if I know what you expect of me in these situations but I would prefer not to be pushed or 'talked into' socializing.     I will do better with no children or other pets in the home, as I have a hard time sharing the affection.  I was not proofed with cats so I don't know how I feel about them.     General Mastiff traits -  Mastiffs are known for their gentle, calm, and loyal personalities, making them excellent family pets. They are also protective and courageous, exhibiting a natural instinct to guard their families and homes. Despite their imposing size, Mastiffs are often described as 'gentle giants' due to their affectionate and patient nature.    Here's a more detailed look at their personality traits: Loyal and Devoted: Mastiffs form strong bonds with their families and are known for their unwavering loyalty.    Gentle and Affectionate: They are naturally gentle and affectionate, especially with their family members, and enjoy cuddling and close companionship.    Calm and Patient: Mastiffs are generally calm and patient, making them suitable for households with children and other pets, though early socialization and training are still important.    Protective and Courageous: They possess a natural instinct to protect their families and territory, making them excellent watchdogs.    Intelligent and Eager to Please: Mastiffs are intelligent dogs that learn quickly and respond well to positive reinforcement training methods.    Relatively Quiet: While they can be alert and watchful, they are not typically known for excessive barking.    Can be Suspicious of Strangers: It's common for Mastiffs to be wary of strangers, but with proper socialization, they can learn to be more accepting.    If you are interested in Bear, please fill out an application at: https://reachoutrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4588    Or contact: rorrcanine@gmail.com   *** Click here to sponsor this dog! ***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 6, 2025, 10:18 pm

That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.Dolly has large Great Dane genes grafted onto a somewhat smaller body. Not that anyone would ever call her small, but you would say she's a manageable size, which is perfect. If you love the Dane look, but aren't sure you could handle a full size model, we have Dolly waiting for you. She is currently only 60 lbs., but that is a bit deceiving, as she is very underweight. We would like to see at least 15 lbs. more on her ribs and we are working on it. She is now getting top quality groceries, something she has never had before. Still a young dog, at only about 2 years old, she is in the process of learning about how to deal with the world around her and she is learning fast. Her foster has some comments to help you understand this 'dog-in-progress. 'She’s nervous around new people and things. She does warm up after a bit. Her initial reaction to people that she doesn’t know is to low growl. She is trying to tell everyone to give her a moment to process the new information. I don’t recommend a house with cats or small animals. She’ tries to chase down all the birds,  and squirrels when we’re outside. I’m fairly confident her life prior to rescue wasn’t a good one. It's heartbreaking seeing a good dog trying to cope with a world she was never shown. UPDATE:I have had her for a month now, and she is learning! I took her to the vet today, and while she was nervous, she did not growl. So there has been improvement on that aspect. She wasn’t super outgoing and wanting everyone’s attention, so definitely stand by the slower to warm up to strangers. I highly suspect she’s been abused. She is highly intelligent and learns new things really fast.  She really has the potential to be an excellent dog, and wants to be loved and please her person. MORE UPDATE: Since being here at my house over a month now I have some new insights into her. She is not dog friendly with all dogs.  She's OK with my male dog, but not so happy with my female.  I've been working on getting her to ignore people on walks and she's doing better. She doesn't like it if strangers get to close when we are out.  In the yard. she's definitely going to need at least a 6 foot fence to keep her safely secured.  I will say, she is house trained and does let you know when she needs to go out. She also does very well in her kennel. She is very smart, and can learn things pretty quickly. She has all her shots and is ready and waiting for the person or family who like bigger dogs, but aren't ready for an actual Goliath. Dolly is a good girl! She is hoping you will want to help her be a good dog and come for her soon.   If you are interested in Dolly, please fill out an application at: https://reachoutrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4588    Or contact: rorrcanine@gmail.com   *** Click here to sponsor this dog! ***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 26, 2025, 11:42 am

Story
Sweet Nemesis... we like to say she is a lab trapped in a mali body. Shes definitely a love bug and velcro dog to the fullest. Unfortunately thats what has landed us in this position. With recent changes to my schedule with work and kids im not able to take her with me as much and we're not at home as much either. This is not an ideal situation for Nemesis or any malinois in general especially a young one. Nemesis is house trained, knows all her basic commands and is crate trained. She has been trained that her crate is her safe spot and will often go there on her own to decompress. (Her xl crate will come with her). She is food motivated and loves her ball. Walks well with her harness will pull with just a leash and collar. She is a pure bred malinois so you need to be educated and experienced on the breed or she will own you. Raised since birth with kids and noise so shes not fazed by them, likes to play with other dogs but can be a bit overwhelming to some.
