Bricia is a one of a kind girl with a look and personality that’s impossible to forget! With her little underbite that lets her teeth peek out from time to time and her funny looking tail, she has a quirky charm that makes people smile the moment they meet her. She’s very easy to leash up and walks nicely by your side without pulling, making her a pleasant companion for strolls. Bricia already knows how to sit and will happily show off her good manners - sometimes for a treat, though she’s a bit picky and doesn’t always take them. When she does, she’s very gentle! In the play yard, Bricia is independent but friendly. She enjoys exploring on her own, but she’s always happy to come over for some pets. Squeaky toys definitely get her attention - she’ll perk up at the sound and may even chase after one if you toss it. That usually turns into a burst of zoomies instead of actual toy play, but it’s still entertaining to watch! Bricia has a low to medium energy level and a calm, easygoing vibe. He’s an incredibly easygoing, gentle soul who makes everything feel calm and simple. He’s a dream to handle on leash - no pulling, no fuss, just quietly following your lead and enjoying the moment with you. He has a low energy level and a laid back vibe. He seems to prefer observing the world rather than being the center of it. Balderdash isn’t interested in toys and treats don’t impress him much either. What he does love is affection! He doesn’t require a ton of attention, but when you pet him he loves nothing more than to lay down and soak it up for as long as possible. His sweetness always shines through. He’s friendly, independent in a peaceful way, and has a naturally calm presence that makes him an easy companion to have around. While he doesn’t know any tricks just yet, he takes treats gently and seems eager to connect in his own quiet way. He`s also done well around other dogs in shelter playgroups. Balderdash may not be the dog who jumps up to grab attention or steals the spotlight on camera (for some reason he always seems comes across as awkward on camera!) - but he’s the one who would love to be there beside you at the end of the day: steady, kind, and content.
