She enjoys gentle attention and has discovered she really likes being brushed, which is a great way to bond with her. Aily did wonderfully in the home and was easy and pleasant to have over the weekend. She also rode well in the car, making her a great travel companion. Her foster experience further highlights what we already know—she settles beautifully into home life and enjoys being part of the daily routine. She is good with other dogs, crate trained, and housebroken, making her an easy addition to many homes. Aily has also been around respectful children and has done well with them. She came to us after being placed on the euthanasia list at a Houston shelter, and we are so grateful she got her second chance at life Peaches is an Anatolian Shepherd mix, around 3 years old (maybe a little younger!), and the proud mama of Biscuit—who is also in our care. He is a 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd/Kangal who has been a very loved member of our family. He is a calm, independent, loyal dog who enjoys spending time outside and going on walks. He is a large dog at around 125 lbs, so we are looking for an experienced and responsible home with plenty of space, ideally someone familiar with Anatolian Shepherds, Kangals, or other livestock guardian breeds. Unfortunately, our family circumstances are changing and we can no longer provide him with the long-term home and space that he deserves. We would love to find him a safe, loving home with someone who understands large guardian breeds and can give him the space, care, and companionship he deserves.
