Story
Sat hey to Berry!   This sweet little boy may be shy at first, but don’t let that fool you — Berry is one smart and gentle pup with a heart full of love. He’s the thoughtful type, quietly taking in the world around him before deciding it’s safe to snuggle up close. Once he does, you’ll find he’s an expert cuddler who melts right into your arms.   Berry gets along wonderfully with both cats and dogs and would thrive in a calm, patient home where he can build confidence at his own pace. He’s curious, kind, and has a wise little spark that makes him extra special.   Soft heart, smart mind, and so much love to give — that’s Berry. Story
Meet Chase, a one-year-old, maybe heeler mix, who’s come an incredible distance from his feral beginnings. What was once fear has turned into trust, and he’s learning every day that people can be kind and loving. Chase is crate trained with no accidents and enjoys quiet time in his safe space. He still needs a little help loading into the car (he prefers to be gently lifted), and his favorite “game” is running just out of reach outside—it’s his playful way of saying, “Catch me if you can!” Once you get down on his level, though, he’ll come close for shy kisses and even ask for belly rubs. Chase is looking for a patient, gentle family who will keep helping him blossom into the happy, confident dog he’s meant to be. Apply to meet him today at carerescueok.org!   ##2469131##

Story
Haven, a beautiful Blue Heeler with all the best traits of her breed — loyal, intelligent, and full of energy! True to her heeler nature, Haven is quick to learn, eager to please, and always up for adventure. Her absolute favorite thing in the world? Going for car rides with her person! Whether it’s a quick errand or a long drive, she’s happiest watching the world roll by right next to you. Haven is affectionate and deeply devoted to her humans. She would do best as an only dog so she can soak up all the attention, and because of her natural herding instincts, she’s best suited for a home without small children (she’d want to “herd” them!). With her sharp mind, big heart, and love for life, Haven would make the perfect companion for an active person or family ready to include her in all their adventures. Apply to meet her today at carerescueok.org!   ##2404215##

Story
Say hello to Maple (aka Maple Sugar because she is so sweet!). She is a 4-year-old sweetheart who loves to run and her ball is her most trusted play thing. But her favorite thing in the whole world? Being with her people. Maple is gentle when taking treats, eager to please, and always ready to make you smile. She would do best in a home with older children, simply because she gets so excited during playtime and might accidentally knock over little ones. Whether she’s chasing a toy or curling up by your side, Maple radiates warmth, energy, and love in everything she does. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, and affectionate companion, Maple is your girl. Apply to meet her today at carerescueok.org!   ##2217375##
