Story
Blue was adopted from the Animal Shelter in 2016, now 9 years old. She still loves to be active and enjoys a good session of fetching a ball but doesnt last as long as she used to before she is ready to be petted and rest. She is used to being outside all day and kenneled inside at night. She would enjoy being inside more but that hasnt been our style of dog ownership. Our life has changed due to kids growing up; we feel Blue is lonely and we cant give her the time/ companionship she deserves-she would live a fuller enjoyable life if she had other dog(s) companion around. She has typical cattle dog traits, enjoys a good round of fetch, knows many tricks, super smart, enjoys company, not a continual barker thankfully.

Story
Barkley is a sweet, affectionate, and loyal boy who loves to be with his people and explore the outdoors. He is looking for a loving home where he can be the only pet. He is fully house trained and can be left alone for 8 hours at a time but has a history of separation anxiety and would do best having someone at home with him for the first few days at least. He is not crate trained, does well with free run of the house, and is non-destructive. Barkley is very calm but gets excited around new people and jumps up, but he responds well to being pushed down. He is gentle with children but should be supervised. A fenced yard would be ideal as he is very independent outdoors and does not have reliable recall. He loves to go for walks/ jogs! He pulls at first on leash but settles in. On walks he is non-reactive and friendly when greeting other dogs. He gets cozy and super snuggly on the couch and human bed, lets you give him lots of hugs and kisses (the perfect therapy after a long day)!

Story
Lily is a very sweet and loving mini Australian Shepherd who is 2 and a half years old. She is playful, energetic, and loves to run. She enjoys affection and bonds closely with her people. I’m looking to rehome Lily because I’ve realized that my current lifestyle isn’t the best match for her needs. She has some anxiety(non-aggressive) that requires more time, consistency, and activity than I’m able to provide right now. I also live in an apartment and am not as active as she needs, and I’ve developed allergies that required surgery and has made daily care more challenging. Lily would do best in a home with more space to run and with someone who can help her channel her energy in a positive way. I truly want to find a home where she can thrive, feel secure, and be as happy and healthy as possible. This is my biggest priority. If you’re interested in learning more about Lily, I’d be happy to talk and answer any questions. Thank you!
