Story
Clara is a 5 1/2 year old blue-heeler/terrier mix at about 32 lbs. She is an alert, intelligent and loyal dog that needs room to move and travels very well. We currently live in an apartment and new employment will require leaving a cattle dog in a confined place for longer than I am comfortable with. While she gets plenty of daily exercise the time I will be able to devote will have to stop next year. Am, ideally, seeking individuals(s) that have the room (yard or ranch) and are experienced dog owners. She has never been trained to herd but has the instincts and listens and obeys commands very well. She has only been trained with positive reinforcement techniques. I would require at least a few visits before agreeing to any adoption and am willing to travel to you. Please email or call me with whatever questions you may have. Thank you.

Story
Ludo is fully house broken, never destroyed anything, never messed in the house. He has a protective nature but is a big softy and cuddler at heart. He is acclimated to a busy work schedule and is perfectly fine being home alone during the day. He enjoys fetch and a short walk. He will do well in a home with children as he has been around them his whole life. He will do well with other pets as well, but would recommend him only being in a home with other dogs that are female.

Story
I found Bowie on the streets of San Antonio 1 year and 5 months ago. Bowie has been microchipped and spayed. All of Bowie's vaccinations are up to date. Bowie is well-trained and follows commands such as sit, lay down, stay, go eat, go to bed, and be quiet. Bowie is house-trained and crate-trained. This loving girl needs a home with a family or other pets. Bowie is extremely friendly towards other dogs, children, and new people! If you choose to add Bowie to your family she will come with all of her toys, food, as well as supplies such as shampoo, brushes, crate, and bedding. I am unable to continue to take care of Bowie due to illness. This sweet girl deserves to go on walks, play, and live her best life! If you can give her that kind of life, please reach out!

Story
In a world of fur and joy, there's a Heeler named Brownie, oh so coy, With fur as red as autumn leaves, he's the cleverest of canine thieves. At two, he's full of boundless glee, a furry friend for you and me. Smart as a whip, this Heeler boy, his heart's a treasure, a boundless joy. In tricks and flips, he finds delight, learning with all his canine might. Two years old, his spirit free, a loyal friend, he longs to be. Attuned to you, his person dear, his love's a bond that's crystal clear. Bestest friend, he aims to be, beside you through eternity. Fetch and roll, and sit and stay, he'll dance and prance, bright as the day. With every bark, a tale he'll weave, of loyalty that won't deceive. He dreams of walks and treats galore, his heart, your love, forevermore. Brownie, the Heeler, red and bright, a canine star, a pure delight. In fields of green and skies so blue, he'll be the bestest friend to you. Brownie has the desire to be with his person and would make a great and loving support dog or full time companion. He is focused on his people (and the belly rubs they give!!!) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
Are you in search of a one-of-a-kind serial kisser? Well, look no further, because I, Mandy, am the dog you've been waiting for! I come with a mix of awesomeness and a charming personality that's sure to steal your heart. I can be delightfully laid-back, enjoying those calm moments, or I can transform into a bouncing ball of joy when the mood strikes. Walks and jogs? Count me in, especially if you're by my side. But here's the thing-I love playing with other dogs so much that I often choose their company over toys. Let's talk sunbathing. If your couch has that perfect spot for catching rays, you can bet I'll be there, soaking it all in. I'm a big fan of lounging, whether it's under tables, during dinner time, while you're working at your desk, or even when you're cuddled up in bed. I'm all about being close to my people, and if you choose to adopt me, I'll be all about you! I'm a sociable girl, getting along well with other dogs and kids (especially with submissive/non-dominant dogs). My crate training and potty training with a doggy door are top-notch. I'm a pro at commands like going to my crate and sitting patiently. Now, about my diet-here's the deal: I have EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency), which means my pancreas doesn't produce the enzymes I need to digest food properly. Thanks to some attentive rescuers and veterinary care, we've got it all figured out. I'll need a specific diet and a pancreatic enzyme replacement supplement to keep me feeling great. Think of it as a special appetizer and entree at every meal. EPI won't slow me down, and I'm ready to trade serial kisses for a loving forever home day in and day out. So, how about it? Story
Mac is a sweet boy who knows what he wants! He does love to chase and play with animals smaller than him. Due to this we suggest that he does not go home to a family that has cats or things like chickens. Squirrels watch out! This little guy can move! Mac is a ham, you can't see it in his pictures but he LOVES attention :) He is good with other dogs and happy to be a friend or he could be an only dog and BASK in the undivided attention :) He is a lazy boy and does enjoy snoozing and spending time on the couch napping but at the same time can have his moments where he is ready to go. He is housebroken and does just fine in a crate! If he sounds like the boy for you then don't wait! Have you ever heard the saying, "don't get your Sox in a bundle??" What does that mean?? How can I keep the pair together if they are not attached in a bundle together?? People are SO WEIRD!! Anyhoo. yes you guessed it, my name is Sox and I am a handsome bloke! I love love my people, I play play with friends, I love love to cuddle (sometimes), when I am tired out from playing playing! I was found in the heat of the summer, scared and skinny and lonely and hurt! My foster parents have been ALMOST like having a real home- except it is not..... I am READY for my furever family- cause you see, I am healthy and happy now and have no more hurting in my leg.... I had an old elbow injury that just kept getting worse and worse and finally the dogtor and my foster family decided to amputate it- WHEEEWWW LIFE IS GOOD NOW! I don't even miss it :) So, I am a TRIPOD, and of course, that makes me MORE SPECIAL! Story
Hi, my name is Ash and I am 5 years old! I am originally from Nashville Tennessee, but I love San Antonio Texas and the heat. I’m super playful, I love everyone around me regardless of what they are! I get along wonderfully with kids, and other pets too. I love the outdoors, and I’m very well trained for walks and runs with just people or strollers too. I already know the rules for the house, and I listen very well when it’s time to go to bed in my bed or my crate. I would like to live with a family that has time to play with me and will love me unconditionally like I will love them! If adopted I come with all my shots and some needed basic supplies that you won’t have to spend! Thank you and I can’t wait to go to my forever home!
