Story
Meet Paco – Your Loyal Shadow and Playful Pup Paco is a handsome brown and white hound mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears. This affectionate boy is thriving in his foster home and is now ready to find a forever family of his very own — ideally one with a fenced yard, a playful dog friend, and humans who will include him in their daily life. He bonds deeply and loves nothing more than being close to his people. Paco is house-trained, great on a leash, and eager to please. He loves to romp and wrestle with other dogs and is surprisingly respectful around chickens — a true southern gentleman. He’s curious with cats and learning to be polite with them, taking gentle correction well. After a fun day, Paco prefers to sleep snuggled up with his foster mom, but he also does great overnight in a crate when needed. Being outdoors is Paco’s happy place. He enjoys exploring, sunbathing, and relaxing in the grass, and he’s a fan of splashing in the water to cool off on warm days. Car rides are becoming more comfortable for him, and with continued positive experiences, he’ll soon be a confident travel buddy. Paco is the perfect match for someone seeking a loyal, cuddly, dog-friendly companion with a sweet spirit and a playful heart. If you’re ready for a devoted shadow who will follow you from the garden to the couch, look no further — Paco is ready to love you for life. Paco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the PNW and NE. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
I found Dory while visiting family in early 2025. Dory was a stray at my sister-in-law's apartment complex, and I fell in love with her energetic personality, eyes, and smile, so we brought her home. I have 2 small dogs who are 10 and 5 years old. Dory tries to play with them and ends up injuring them both. Because of the age difference, I don't see this getting better before one of them gets seriously hurt. She has also injured my husband with head butts and what-not which are 100% accidental. I put her outside to be an outside dog, and this has caused her to chew through things, dig holes, and scratch up exterior walls and doors. I bring her in for short periods of time - doesn't help. She needs attention, and I know she will thrive in the right environment. She loves to play and run, and loves to go on walks and runs in the morning (or any time actually). Although it's a bit of a struggle, she will let you put on a harness and will walk or run with you.

Story
Marcy is a good girl, but she needs a job. Once she knows who her family is she is very loving, very attentive, and is absolutely a herding dog. She is very often around children of all ages and can be so good to them, but once and a while she has nipped at a heel when she perceives someone needed to be herded, which is typical for her breed. Ideally I would love to see her adopted by someone with some land that is looking for a good protector. We have worked with her for over two years and unfortunately the suburban life is not for her. She does not do well on a leash and does not do well indoors. If she does not spend the majority of her time outdoors, she will begin to pull out her fur, she will have some pretty extreme potty accidents, and become destructive. We do not have enough space for a warm barn or shed she can sleep in, and staying indoors overnight does not suit her as she gets very upset. We want her to have the happiest life possible, she would make a great farm dog!

Story
I got Leia 4 years ago when her previous owner died. She is a sweet, cuddly, playful dog. She has isolation anxiety that I've been unable to address even with medication and training. She also was recently diagnosed with meningoencephalitis. She is on immunosuppressants and can't get up to date on vaccines, which makes it hard to use daycare services. Since I'm unable to stay with her all the time or afford in-home sitters every time I need to leave, caring for her has become difficult.

Story
Snoopy is a 10-year-old Dalmatian cattle mix, who is an absolute sweetheart. He's great with other dogs and I take him to the park regularly. Very well house trained and will ignore any objects that you tell him are off limits. He only provides a little resistance during bathing. Despite being an older dog, I have found him to be highly trainable and touch motivated. When other dogs bark at him, you will find him running to you for comfort. When he does rarely, bark it's usually at very distant sounds.
