Story
Bucky is a 2 year old, very happy and social dog. He loves running, hiking and playing catch (although bringing the stick back isn't always his strong suit). He does not like playing in water. He has been an outside dog, per his preference. He needs lots of space to run or frequent walks/hikes. However, he has trauma from a dog attack and from a group of teens trespassing and kicking him. Due to this, he is not suitable for a household with kids. He is great around our kids, but has bit relatives kids before due to a fear response. He needs trauma centered training and patient adopters. He bit when provoked by the teen attack, and since then has been unpredictable around kids leading to two unprovoked bites. It devastates us to rehome him, but we need him to be in a better environment than we can provide.

Story
Charlie pickles was born in December 2021, both parents are blue healers as well no papers though. He was a gift for my older daughter and now, unfortunately, with her doing college and work she no longer has the time to give him that he deserves. And my husband and I cannot keep him. He does well with our French bulldog, but his suspicious of new dogs. He is pre-driven I would not suggest him being around small livestock unless you know how to train him. He’s quite clever can learn things quickly. He is food, motivated but picky about his treats. We believe he’ll do well with a person who understands cattle dogs. Please feel free to ask questions. I’m sure I’ve left out a lot.

Looking for a forever home for Luci. She’s 6 years old. Would be best with no other animals or kids. She can be good with both, but best without either. She has some food aggression, would be best fit with someone willing to train. She’s very smart and learns fast.

Story
L'il Bit is an incredibly sweet, loving, loyal red heeler! She loves to walk/hike, is super playful, very smart and easily trained and is ready to offer her huge heart. A great snuggler! She's also very chill and calm for a heeler! Enjoys lots of activity but doesn't incessantly demand it. She is not aggressive with other dogs or humans and is really good around cats also (though if she's started by a cat, she will bark and begin to chase but is very easily re-directed.) She's a wonderful, loyal, loveable companion!

Story
🤍 Say Hello to Porter! 🤍 Some dogs make an impression the moment you meet them—and Porter is one of them. At 1½ years old and about 45 pounds, this sweet, gentle boy is full of love and looking for a family to call his own. His deafness doesn't define him—it simply means he experiences the world a little differently. What matters most is his kind heart, eager spirit, and endless capacity for love. 🐾❤️ Porter may take a minute to warm up to new people, but once he feels safe, he's all about companionship, affection, and being close to his favorite humans. He's the kind of dog who quietly works his way into your heart and never leaves. 🥹 He's also a smart cookie! Porter is learning tether training, leash manners, basic obedience, and polite greetings with all four paws on the floor. He responds beautifully to positive reinforcement and is catching on to hand signals and routines like a champ. 🦻✨ 🏡 A few of Porter's favorite qualities: • 🤍 Sweet as pie and incredibly affectionate • 🐶 Enjoys the company of other dogs • 🐱 Living successfully with cats in a managed household • 🦻 Deaf but eager to learn and connect • 🏠 Crate trained • ✅ Neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped Porter would love a family that understands every dog learns at their own pace and is excited to continue building his confidence. In return, he'll offer unwavering loyalty, quiet devotion, and a lifetime of unconditional love. 💙 Looking for a truly special companion? Porter is ready to prove that the best friendships aren't measured by what you can hear—they're measured by the love you share.
