Oh my goodness, is she happy all the time and has the ability to make every single person around her smile. Her ears do too LOL which are my personal favorite thing about her. Atlanta is more than just happy all the time, she is incredibly smart, loyal, dog friendly, loves every person that she meets, and so entertaining to watch when she plays with toys. She is a beautiful blend of fun and snuggles. She will literally use your foot as it dangles while you work to give herself extra affection. You can say her love language is all physical touch! It also doesn't take much to make her happy! She radiates with happiness and just wants to be with her people. People are her happy place. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. One thing is a guarantee with Atlanta is that she is bursting at the seems with love and happinesses that it's contagious. Atlanta dog friendly and has been around a variety of different dogs all with different personalities and temperaments. She is not the playful type with other dogs and is more of a relaxed hangout type of girly that prefers to get attention from people. She is happy to be around dogs that have the same cool, calm, collected tempo as her. Atlanta also appreciates being around dogs that give her space at the beginning to get to know them first. She's a polite and respectful gal that likes for the same energy to be reciprocated. Once’s she’s comfortable, she does the cutest little play bows and loves to zoom around with her new friend in light hearted games of chase. In a home, she would do best with a mellow male dog that enjoys the company of other dogs and isn't looking for a playmate, only looking for company. She'll be perfect for that! Atlanta also does not need another dog in the home, so no worries there if you don't have a dog. She is so loving and affectionate that she has enough love to give that is equivalent to 3 dogs combined. She's something special! Atlanta would also do best in a home with no cats as she was a little too interested in our house cat Biggie. When it comes to training, Atlanta is ready and eager to learn! She loves treats and already knows a few basic commands such a sit and I'm fairly certain she has the foundation of already knowing how to sit pretty. You could probably even teach her how to dance too LOL. Atlanta is fairly easy to walk on a leash and only pulls every so often. Mainly, she'll pull towards something that smells yummy or interesting or she'll want pull towards someone to say hello to. Atlanta really does love every she meets! She responds well to correction and with consistency and practice she'll be walking like a queen on leash. Atlanta has wonderful house manners and is crate and potty trained. Atlanta will thrive with a semi-active family that enjoys frequent outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, going to the beach or even casual play time in the yard. A family or individual who appreciates nature and is ready to explore parks, trails, or snowy landscapes would be perfect. While she loves the great outdoors and loves to explore, Atlanta is also an affectionate gal at home and loves to burry her head into you for love. Looking for a loyal and incredibly snuggly boy to add to your family? Chase is just that! He is a whopping 30 pounds making him the perfect medium sized companion. He is an Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) and Australian Shepherd Mix. His mother is a beautiful Merle lady! Chase is about a year old and such a smart boy. He does wonderful in the kennel, no potty accidents in the house and is working on his leash manners. He is very respectful in the home and will pick a quiet place to lay down or will follow you around! Chase enjoys the companionship of other dogs but it’s not required! He would love a home with a yard to run around, so no apartments please! He loves to be outside and enjoys adventures. He is a true outdoorsman! Whether it’s checking the horses, filling deer feeders, going on a hike or sunbathing, Chase thrives outside. He enjoys playing with children and loves a good scratch from adults. This cutie is Mac Thanksgiving. He is currently 3 months old and weighs approximately 8 pounds. We think they may be a Cattle dog mix*, but with rescue it’s a guess! Big ears, bigger heart, and BEST personality. Atlanta Peaches is the literal definition of happiness! Oh my goodness, is she happy all the time and has the ability to make every single person around her smile. Her ears do too LOL which are my personal favorite thing about her. Atlanta is more than just happy all the time, she is incredibly smart, loyal, dog friendly, loves every person that she meets, and so entertaining to watch when she plays with toys. She is a beautiful blend of fun and snuggles. She will literally use your foot as it dangles while you work to give herself extra affection. You can say her love language is all physical touch! It also doesn't take much to make her happy! She radiates with happiness and just wants to be with her people. People are her happy place. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. One thing is a guarantee with Atlanta is that she is bursting at the seems with love and happinesses that it's contagious. Atlanta dog friendly and has been around a variety of different dogs all with different personalities and temperaments. She is not the playful type with other dogs and is more of a relaxed hangout type of girly that prefers to get attention from people. She is happy to be around dogs that have the same cool, calm, collected tempo as her. Atlanta also appreciates being around dogs that give her space at the beginning to get to know them first. She's a polite and respectful gal that likes for the same energy to be reciprocated. Once’s she’s comfortable, she does the cutest little play bows and loves to zoom around with her new friend in light hearted games of chase. In a home, she would do best with a mellow male dog that enjoys the company of other dogs and isn't looking for a playmate, only looking for company. She'll be perfect for that! Atlanta also does not need another dog in the home, so no worries there if you don't have a dog. She is so loving and affectionate that she has enough love to give that is equivalent to 3 dogs combined. She's something special! Atlanta would also do best in a home with no cats as she was a little too interested in our house cat Biggie. When it comes to training, Atlanta is ready and eager to learn! She loves treats and already knows a few basic commands such a sit and I'm fairly certain she has the foundation of already knowing how to sit pretty. You could probably even teach her how to dance too LOL. Atlanta is fairly easy to walk on a leash and only pulls every so often. Mainly, she'll pull towards something that smells yummy or interesting or she'll want pull towards someone to say hello to. Atlanta really does love every she meets! She responds well to correction and with consistency and practice she'll be walking like a queen on leash. Atlanta has wonderful house manners and is crate and potty trained. Atlanta will thrive with a semi-active family that enjoys frequent outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, going to the beach or even casual play time in the yard. A family or individual who appreciates nature and is ready to explore parks, trails, or snowy landscapes would be perfect. While she loves the great outdoors and loves to explore, Atlanta is also an affectionate gal at home and loves to burry her head into you for love. If you enjoy the outdoors but also cherish time spent relaxing indoors, Atlanta is the perfect fit. She would also do best in a home with a backyard as well. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. This cutie is Ranger. He is currently 5 months old. We think they may be a Heeler / Australian Cattle dog mix, but with rescue it’s a guess! Looking for a loyal and incredibly snuggly boy to add to your family? Chase is just that! He is a whopping 30 pounds making him the perfect medium sized companion. He is an Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) and Australian Shepherd Mix. His mother is a beautiful Merle lady! Chase is about a year old and such a smart boy. He does wonderful in the kennel, no potty accidents in the house and is working on his leash manners. **Now fostered in Bothell, WA** Flynn is an almost 6-month-old Australian Shepherd/Pittie mix (we think! It's always a guess with rescue) with velvet-soft white fur and tan splotches that make him look as sweet as he truly is. At about 25 pounds, this little guy has the perfect balance of playful energy and cuddle-bug charm. Flynn is currently fostered with his brother (also available for adoption!), two other dogs, and two kids—and he’s doing wonderfully with them all. He loves to romp around with his doggy friends and play with the kids, then happily curl up for a snuggle session afterward. Flynn hasn't shown any fear when experiencing new things like Halloween costumes and would make a great dog to take everywhere. Flynn loves to pose for the camera and even enjoys going to work with his foster dad and mom. He's a great sounding board but will sleep on the job. He recently had some fun meeting Santa and riding a boat with his foster family! He’s 100% potty trained and is crate trained. Flynn will need thrive in a family committed to continuing his training and socialization. Another dog in home (ideally a few years older) to help show him proper doggy manners and learn from would be a great fit. Are you looking for a soft soul to love in the midst of this crazy world? We have the perfect dog for you! Trixie is like the shy new kid in class who stays tucked in the corner until someone kind sits next to her, offers a little patience, and opens the door to a beautiful friendship. Once she realizes she’s safe and loved, she blooms. Trixie has gone from a quiet and unsure girl to a loyal, snuggly, playful companion who knows how good it feels to be loved and cherished. This beautiful girl weighs about 55 pounds and is estimated to be 5 years old. We think she is a Kelpie/Husky/shephard mix, but we aren’t really sure, so we just call her our Texas Special- the very best breed! She has a gorgeous coat that features a mixture of solid black shiny fur with patches of merle and spots on her socks. It is funny to watch her gently play with them, and then she takes it in stride when they growl and snap at her. They do snuggle up to her sometimes! In play groups with other big dogs she is very shy and stays on the sidelines. For that reason, we think Trixie would thrive in a home with small dogs. Trixie blossoms with people who are patient. Her bond with her foster mom is a shining example; she’s become her little shadow, quietly trailing from room to room just to be nearby. She loves to snuggle on the couch and have her belly rubbed. Trixie wants nothing more than to be with her person. Like many herding breeds, she uses her mouth to communicate and can be “mouthy”. She would do best with older kids who understand she is being playful. Looking for a buddy to grab a morning coffee or late night ice cream treat with? Trixie would love to join you! She is an excellent car rider and knows how to “load up”. She is great on the leash and loves to go for walks and to dog friendly stores. She walks by people and dogs with ease. Trixie gets lots of zoomies- so a home with a fenced yard she can run around in would be ideal for her. Trixie potty trained and create trained. She is not the biggest fan of the crate and will complain for a while, but will settle down when she can no longer see you, for this reason she would not do well in an apartment. Trixie’s new family should expect to spend some time building trust until she knows this is her new home. She is shy in new places and with new people. Trixie met our housecat Biggie and was gently curious, giving respectful sniffs before moving along. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. **Now fostered in Bothell, WA** At 6-months old and about 28lbs., this velvet-soft cutie is believed to be an Aussie/Pittie mix (though with rescue, it’s always a bit of a guess). With his two tan splotches, dreamy blue eyes, and the sweetest face, Beethoven Clu is impossible not to fall in love with. Beethoven Clu was born deaf, but that hasn’t slowed him down one bit! He’s a happy, wiggly pup who takes cues from the other dogs in his foster home and is learning the world beautifully through them. He’ll need a home with another friendly dog and adopters who either have experience with deaf dogs or are eager to learn how to communicate and support him — because this boy is so worth it. His foster family reports he's doing amazing and learning hand signals. He’s currently thriving in a loving foster home with two young kids, two foster dog siblings, and his brother (who’s also available for adoption!). He’s doing awesome with his potty (pretty much 100%) and crate training, loves toys, adores having his ears rubbed, and recently tagged along to watch his foster brothers play soccer — he was a total hit on the sidelines! He also joins his foster dad and mom at work and is a great help- although he may be caught sleeping on the job a bit. Beethoven was a hit at a recent busy adoption event- he was sweet and loving to all including little kids who wanted a chance to hold and pet him. He's very well behaved in public. He also has meet Santa and road on a boat- this boy is made for adventure! Even though he is deaf he will occasionally let out a deep bark- his foster mom says the first time he did it everyone was shocked. He knows that a bark will let others know he needs out. One benefit of a deaf dog is when the house is full of chaos- kids running around, tv blaring, doorbell ringing from visitors or the delivery person dropping off packages- he has no idea and will remain sound asleep or playing with his toys.
