He is about 18 months old now and I don't understand why he hasn't been adopted. He is adorable, he only weighs about 40 lbs, he is great with other dogs, people, and cats. Perfect little dude. He loves to run and play and splish splash in the water. He would make a great companion for an active individual or a family that enjoys outdoor adventures or spending lots of time in the backyard. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Joey-male-neutered-1 year-68 pounds. Meet Joey! Happy-go-lucky is exactly Joey! He`s a great dog who loves attention and is incredibly smart. He was housetrained in his previous home and crated when unsupervised or alone. Joey adores all kinds of toys, especially ball-shaped ones. He enjoys belly rubs, walks, and plenty of playtime. Joey knows how to sit and knows the command, `in your house` for going in his crate. The sky`s the limit with him! Joey is an active boy who loves to be your best buddy. His personality wins hearts all the time! Joey was recently adopted but returned due to him and the resident dog not meshing well once they were in the home together. Story
Winnie is a simple and easy puppy to love and care for. This sweet girl will melt your heart with her amazing personality and simple love. Her young life started out rough and was found in a dump, but this did not break her. She is independent, smart, and loves to cuddle with you when it's nap time. Winnie has crazy ear days- you never know if both ears are going to be up or down or just one up or down, either way she is always cute. Winnie is very treat motivated, which has worked well for training, but takes a bit of patience as she has none when it comes to getting those treats. She gets along with other dogs and has no problems with cats. She is crate trained and housebroken in her foster home (when she gets to her forever home it may possibly take some time again). Winnie’s favorite things- bones, toys, finding rocks, and running and playing with her sister, Stevie. Winnie is love and happiness and just perfect! These sisters (Winnie and Stevie) have really bonded through their experiences and time spent together. It would be great to adopt them together, but willing to split for the right homes.
