Riff is a great dog who just celebrated his 5th birthday. I brought Riff home last summer from a previous owner who was relocating, and since I already knew him from my work at a boarding and daycare facility, I was happy to welcome him as a friend for my own dog. While he is a wonderful companion, I’ve realized that his natural cattle dog drive makes my indoor cats look like toys to chase.Riff is:• 5 years old and full of life• Great with all other dogs and a regular at doggy daycare• Familiar and well-behaved around goats, ducks, geese, cattle, and chickens• Housetrained, crate trained, and leash trained• Neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated• Friendly with childrenRiff loves to run and play with toys and is looking for a home where he can be his active self without the temptation of cats to chase. He has never hurt my cats, but his "chase game" is more than they enjoy!He will make a fantastic companion for an active family, especially one with another dog to play with.
