You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.Heloise is young, friendly, extra sweet tempered, and full of life and love. She would be best in a family that likes the outdoors and activity. Hiking, camping, fun walks, jogging partner, all these will make her day! She has shown herself to be quite dog friendly, too, wanting to play and hang out with other canines. A smart, very good girl who is waiting for you to let her know what you want her to know. She truly wants to please all the time and is eager and ready to learn for a lifetime of trust and companionship. A happy dog, Heloise will bring smiles to your face every day. She has had a total vet check-up and all her shots. Heloise is the complete package for a best friend and family dog! If you are interested in Heloise, please fill out an application at: https://reachoutrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4588    Or contact: rorrcanine@gmail.com   *** Click here to sponsor this dog! ***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 18, 2025, 12:14 pm

Story
Please note that President of Wags to Riches is in Frederick, but Lacey is with Robin in Alabama. We ensure plenty of video calls and we are a small but very successful rescue with countless references! We want our dogs to have their FUREVER homes so we take the time to ensure this is a great match for both sides! Lacey is a sweet and loving girl, we believe a mix of Australian Cattle Dog & Border Collie but simply gorgeous. She is ready for her forever home and is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. Lacey was in a shelter for a while and was finally adopted, but her owner lived alone was away from the house a lot. She truly needs a home where someone can spend time with her. She is house trained, sits on command, loves tummy rubs and does fine in the car. Lacey loves children and other dogs, and cats. Right now, our rescue has puppies and Lacey watches over them with love and care. She is so gentle with other dogs, toddlers, (a 6-month old) and treat motivated! She loves toys and a fenced in yard would be a huge plus for her. She loves exercise and is easy to train as she is highly intelligent. She does bark at motorcycles, LOL! Lacey needs to know she is not having any more transition and that she will not be given up on! She will reward you with everlasting sweet kisses and unconditional love!

Story
Cowboy is a high energy dog. His favorite pasttimes are going for walks, playing, and snuggling. His ideal home would be with active individuals or family. He would benefit from being an only pet. He is very curious and wants to be involved in whatever you are doing. He is on the smaller side and would be good in any home environment. An active individual or family would be ideal. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He would be a great addition to your home. He can be transported all over the US and Canada. ##1741732##
