Australian Shepherd/ Lab is the closest breed we can guess on her. Sorry we don't have good photos of sweet Sally. She was in foster in Texas since a puppy! She is totally trained with playing with a playgroup of dogs several times/day. Finally her turn at about 2 years to be adopted. ! House and potty trained!!! woof woof. Affectionate sweet loving dog. She is a little shy at first, but opens up quickly. Has done great with other all other dogs even young puppies when done with proper introductions. She is with a rescue that is friends of Lufkin TX Kurth Memorial Animal Shelter friends. loving sweet sweet pup t is nearly impossible to say the breeds but her brother did have some Great Pyrenees in his DNA test. Many dogs are impossible to say the breeds but it is anyone's guess. As we know, mutts statistically speaking will live longer and have less vet bills!. All our dogs are spay/neutered, current on DHPP and rabies shots, microchipped, tested hw negative, so all of that is done. Atlas is a very energetic and playful dog once he gets to know you. He can take a little while to fully warm up to new people, but he is very friendly and social when meeting other dogs. We’ve noticed that Atlas doesn’t handle change very well and needs some extra time and patience when adjusting to new people and environments. We believe Atlas experiences some anxiety, and we’ve been working with him to help him feel more comfortable around others, especially in our large family. He is crate trained, although his anxiety tends to be most noticeable when he is in his crate. Atlas isn’t particularly food-motivated, but he absolutely thrives when it comes to play. He knows basic commands and does well with them when he is calm and fully focused on you. Overall, Atlas is a sweet, playful dog who does best with patience, consistency, and time to build trust. We would love for him to find a home with a lot of patience and time to give him the proper attention he deserves.

He loves walks, fetch, chew toys, dog bones, cuddling, and being the center of attention, and his signature Aussie “butt wiggle” is sure to make you smile. Due to limited socialization with his first two owners, he struggles with other dogs and would do best as the ONLY pet in a patient, experienced home. He thrives on companionship and would especially benefit from a household with two or more people who can share in giving him the attention, structure, and ongoing socialization he needs. Jack is neutered, healthy, knows basic commands like sit and high five, and is eager to continue learning.
