Story
Dolly Mae is a very curious young dog, she is still learning and progressing with her skills. So far Dolly Mae is crate trained and leash trained, she gets a little nervous with the leash so she is still being trained with a harness and leash till she is completely comfortable. Dolly Mae is very active and needs constant movement or activities or even jobs for that matter so that she doesn’t get bored. Dolly Mae enjoys playing in the water so she has a pool outside that she is frequently in on warm sunny days, she has even tried swimming in her water dish on occasion.

Story
Hello, my name is: LunaApprox. DOB: 04/30/2026Weight: 17 lbsSex/Breed: Female Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mixRescued From: Breeding kennelEver wonder why Border Collies and Australian Shepherds were historically chosen to herd livestock? Farmers needed dogs smart enough to make executive decisions on rugged mountains, outsmart stubborn sheep, and put in an 80-hour work week without needing a supervisor.Luna has inherited every bit of that razor-sharp working heritage! This strong-willed, athletic little mastermind has already excelled in her foster home by picking up routines in record time. She understands and follows several phrases and commands and is eager to learn more. Her crate- and house-training are still a work in progress that her future forever family will need to continue.Luna is deeply passionate about playing with toys and could easily be a future star in agility, flyball, or any dog sport you throw her way. She enjoys meeting new friends, human and animal alike, and has done well with the dog-savvy cats in her foster home. Her ideal family will have experience with herding breeds and understand their need for activity, structure, and mental stimulation. In the right home, Luna won`t just be a pet; she’ll be your most brilliant, loyal, and delightfully bossy adventure companion.Help us continue to step up for dogs like Luna and consider donating towards their medical care: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/donate-to-make-a-difference-in-animals-livesAll our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting?
