Our staff will spend some time getting to know them and update their bio with more information as we learn. They are pending interactions with animals until they have been cleared by our vet. Please note that we often are unsure of house, crate, car, and leash training status upon arrival. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.

Teddy is a year and four months old. Extremely intelligent. Loves to run, needs to run and loves attention. Still a pup so his all about playing and jumping. Has several commands that he has mastered. Sit, stay, drop it, No, come. He has learned our property boundaries and will not go outside of them. Ok on a leash as he listens well when not on it so I don’t really put him on it. He can run run for days. Always has to know where you are.

Maverick is a handsome Red Merle Mini Australian Shepherd, ASDR registered. He’s 2 years old, ~40lbs, neutered, and so loving. He’s crate trained, great at tricks/commands, and great with kids. He loves playing fetch and showing off his chew toys. He has an alpha personality, but can also learn to get along with other dogs with monitored training (He grew up with another girl Aussie). He’s a good homebody but because he is reactive to other dogs and could use focused training in this area, we really want to find an amazing home for him that loves his sweet, happy go-lucky personality and can be committed to helping him thrive inside and outside. He would do well with a fenced backyard, and a home familiar with the Australian Shepherd breed is preferred.

Koohunei (Koo-who-neah) is my best friend. I adopted him in April 2022 when he was about 8 weeks old. He just turned 4 this January. His name in my language means “happiness,” and that’s exactly what he brings. He’s incredibly affectionate—he loves holding your hand, being pet, and staying close. He’s playful, snuggly, and always so excited to see you come home. This is not an easy decision for me. Due to personal and health-related circumstances, I’m no longer able to give him the level of care and stability he deserves. I love him deeply, and this choice is coming from a place of wanting better for him. I’m looking for someone patient and kind who is willing to learn his personality and give him a loving, stable home. If possible, I would really appreciate staying in touch or receiving updates, as he means so much to me. Thank you 🤎
