You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Cassidy !! Cassidy is a 1 Year old probable Aussie/Cur Dog Mix. He has a red and white coat with a beautiful white tipped tail. His weight is around 51lbs. He is a happy, energetic, loving, ball of joy. Cassidy is super sweet and loves to think that he is the size of a lap dog. He loves playing fetch with a ball, preferably rubber, playing tug of war with ropes, and going on long runs. He is a very active boy and needs someone who is going to be able to match him and wear him out!! He also loves to just lay down with you and snuggle his little head up on your chest. He is an avid TV watcher and lover of music. He has been recently neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. He is still working on pulling the leash, some dog reactivity, and waiting for his turn out of the door but has been working with a young trainer and has made great progress. While he is housebroken, he needs more work with crate training as he has some separation anxiety when it comes to leaving him home alone. With the right family we’re sure that he’ll learn to be comfortable on his own. He really enjoys being in the car but would definitely recommend seat covers as he is quite the shedder! Cassidy is truly such a big lover. Cassidy will thrive in a home with a yard, older children, and would definitely love to have another pup as a companion. Ever since coming to his foster home he has made good friends with other pups and would definitely be better with that type of playmate in the home. He has not been tested with cats or other smaller animals other than dogs and a bearded dragon. He’s friendly with people, great with kids, and generally gets along well with other dogs—as long as he doesn’t feel the need to protect the people he loves. He’s high-energy, but he knows how to relax and will sneak in naps throughout the day. Looking for a stable, caring home for Varya a 9-month-old Toy Australian Shepherd, about 20 pounds. We’re located in Gibsonton, FL. Ideally, I’m looking for someone local or willing to travel to meet her. Varya is house-trained, spayed, fully vaccinated, and has a calm, predictable daily routine. She’s quiet indoors, enjoys long walks, playing fetch, and is very comfortable in the car. Like many herding breeds, she’s naturally alert and sensitive to her surroundings. She can get overstimulated in busy environments, but we’ve done a lot of work together, and she’s made real progress. She still needs someone patient who’s willing to continue gentle, consistent training.She hasn’t been around children, so a quieter home without small kids would likely suit her best. A house with a yard is ideal.She’s okay being alone for a 4-6 hours and settles well. If you feel Varya might be a good fit for you, I’d love to hear more about your home and experience .I’m happy to answer any questions.
