Story
Location: Foster to Adopt option! Can be fostered in MN, SD, IA, WI, or NE *ARRIVING 02/15* Meet Miles — a young and vibrant Aussie/Pyr mix with a smile that could light up a whole room. And don’t let that toothy grin fool you… this guy is a lover, not a biter! Miles is dog-friendly, people-social, and always ready to tag along for whatever adventure you’ve got planned. Hikes, exploring new places, cruising around town, or just soaking up life by your side — he’s happiest when he’s included. Miles’ story could’ve ended tragically. He showed up at a rural home, and while he was lucky enough to be rescued, his sister wasn’t as fortunate. After witnessing the worst of humanity, Miles is still choosing joy — still trusting, still hopeful, and still smiling. Now he’s ready for his fresh start: a safe home, a loving family, and a life where he never has to wonder if tomorrow is promised. For more information on FTA, visit: https://rescuenetworkmn.org/foster-to-adopt/ --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
10 month old male, needs a job and has limited training; in a foster homeWe do our very best in providing truthful information about our adoptable dogs. If you do not see information about one of our dogs’ personalities, it is because we do not know much about them yet. We do appreciate a dog meet and greet to see if the dogs are compatible, an appointment is helpful but not required. We can complete a cat introduction at the shelter in a safe manner to get a sense of the dog’s behavior towards cats. With that knowledge, we will provide a blanket statement that you are ultimately responsible for keeping your cat safe. We recommend crate training for all our dogs while they adjust to a new home environment. Please bring along your family to meet the dog you’re looking at to see that it is a good fit. Also bring landlord permission for adopting a dog which includes any breed or weight restrictions.

Story
Looking to rehome our Australian shepherd, Finnegan Blue (Fin/Finners). He is a very sweet boy and is currently 3 years old- born June 18th 2022 He is extremely handsome and loyal to my kids and I. His best friend is a cat, so he is good with other animals. Fin is very energetic and loves to play with other dogs. We love Fin so much but I am unable to keep him. He is house trained and is a very smart boy who loves to learn new tricks. He would thrive on a farm or with lots of land to run and play. He will come with food, dishes, indoor and outdoor kennels, along with miscellaneous items of his. He really is the best, sweetest boy!

Story
Daisy is a very beautiful dog, my 15 year old daughter adopted her 3 years ago. very good with kids we do have a cat who she does not hurt but would like to be friends with but the cat wants nothing to do with her Daisy is very playful really enjoys the winter weathers and the snow my family and I have just become very busy with extracurricular activities and work and school that we feel Daisy would be better off in a better home with more attention less time in her kennel and to be more active she is a very active dog she would benefit from a home with a yard that she can run around in. I just personally feel should be better off with a new family who can give her the attention she needs so she can have a happy life

Story
Hi, my name is Mickey, and I am from Arkansas! From her foster; Mickey is a confident and social pup who is eager to call Minnesota home. He has a real curiosity for outside, toys, and his temporary siblings. He has been spending time with a two year old Border Collie as well as a cat, and everyone is getting along swimmingly. He is most content chilling on the couch with us! We are working on crate training as well as peeing outside. He is always hungry for food and fun!
