Hi! I’m Dixie! I’m about 2 years old, and I just finished raising a litter of eight puppies. Now I’m in Minnesota relaxing and soaking up all the love at my foster home, getting ready to find a forever family of my own. My foster family says I’m incredibly gentle, polite, and easy to have around. I’m potty trained, crate trained, and sleep quietly in my crate at night. In the mornings, I love to come out for some cuddles on the bed, and I’m a big fan of snuggling on laps and getting lots of pets. I live with three dogs and a cat at my foster home, and I get along great with everyone. I’m very well-mannered in the house and I walk nicely on a leash too. I still have a fun, playful side, but I’m happiest just being close to my people and loving on them. If you’re looking for a sweet, polite, and snuggly best friend, I might be your girl! Dixie is estimated to be 2 years old and 30 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
