From Sneaker's Foster mom: I have a never-ending list of wonderful things to say about Miss Sneakers! First and foremost, she is incredibly sweet and responds wonderfully to training. She’s not only treat-motivated, but also thrives on praise—which is so easy to give, because she’s truly a good girl. She’s completely potty trained and adapts well to both a house or apartment lifestyle. Sneakers already knows several commands: sit, lay down, off, wait, and—of course—“good girl.” She’s gentle with her toys and prefers stuffed animals over puzzle toys. Her favorite snacks are biscuits, bully sticks, and meat treats—though she’s not a fan of peanut butter. She gets plenty of exercise with 2–3 walks a day (plus some running!) to help burn off energy. Behavior & Socialization: Sneakers is considered reactive, meaning she gets nervous around new people and may bark to try and keep them away. But in the short time I’ve had her, she’s already shown amazing progress with consistent, positive exposure—especially in outdoor spaces like parks, where she can take things at her own pace. She simply needs time and patience to build trust. Once she does, she bonds deeply. ‍ Bonds quickly with women ‍ Slower to trust men Would do best in a home with older kids (she’s a little jumpy and sensitive about her tail) No cats due to prey drive (not officially tested) Best as the only dog—she’s shown nervous behavior around others Her Ideal Home: Sneakers needs a calm, structured home with patient humans who’ll give her space and support as she decompresses. Once she feels safe, she is the sweetest soul. She loves: Tummy rubs Hand-holding (yes, really!) Walks in the park Sunbathing Taking treats ever so gently She’s a total mama’s girl, and I know she’ll thrive in the right adoptive home—one that sees the loving, loyal dog she already is. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. Hi, my name is Sequoia and I am from Georgia! From her foster: Sequoia has a personality of an older puppy definetly.. She is very wise and catches on and adapts so quick to everything. She is by far the baby in my house with all the other resident and foster animals however, is not shy or concerned about her size or age. She acts like a BIG dog and plays hard, loves hard and crashes hard. She is so playful and knows boundaries already from me and the "BIG" dog and when she can push the limits and when to listen wisely. She is very independent too, she can play by herself, sleep when she wants, and doesn't back down to a challenge with anything. She aims to please. She is a snuggle bug too and is the 1st one to want lovings and praise. She is loved so much.

He flops right over the second you start petting him. He loves sitting in your lap, giving smooches, and resting his paws on you just to stay close. :) Bentley is house trained and sleeps like a champ through the night in his crate. He’s at his best with regular exercise, mental stimulation, and time together. He does great with other dogs. My adoption includes some training sessions for my new family to set me up for success! Bentley is a curious boy and eager to please. When he’s excited for attention, he may use his mouth to communicate. When something feels new or uncomfortable, he may use nipping to say, “I’m not sure about this.” He’s already making great progress and gaining confidence every day, but he’ll need continued training and positive reinforcement to build good habits. He listens really well. Bentley will thrive in a home with supportive, patient, and dog-experienced people who enjoy helping a young dog learn and grow. Hi, my name is Yosemite and I am from Georgia! From his foster: Yosemite is such a funny, playful independent little guy! He is very social with the other resident dogs and cats, however his loves to play hide the toys and scatter them everywhere all by himself! Hi is the typical food crazed puppy, but that works well with training He is so sweet and tender and loves to snuggle on the couch with his buddies. He also rarely barks and is the playful chewer/biter from teething unlike some of the more aggressive pups I've had. HE IS VERY LOYAL AND LOOKING FOR APPROVAL ALWAYS. Hence, would do great as a single animal home or would do fabulous in any home, fitting right in immediately! Love him!
