 Sweet 1 1/2 year old Amy is in the market for a new loving home and would prefer a more quiet laid back setting. She is 38 lbs of a perfect mix of australian shepherd (her dad) and boxer/pit mix (her mom). A single lady would be prefered as she's not quite sure of men yet, but we are sure could learn to love them too? She did spend the first 6 months of her life in a pen outside with her littermates, so she is a bit shy and awkward. Once in a new home, she is loving and a loyal velcro pooch. Amy has completed a 6 week training course. No children please, as she was adopted and returned due to her being afraid of littles! Amy can jump around a lot and play r (with people and other dogs) so she is not a good fit for seniors or people with small dogs. She is freat in her crste while you are at work. She rarely barks. Very playful. If you would like to be considered to adopt Amy please fill out the application today. She is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and a loving little girl. Story
Zuko was adopted in 2021 from an accidental litter near my home. He was born in August, and turns 5 this year. Zuko needs room to run, and people to cuddle him. He is a lover of a dog and enjoys being loved on. He loves toys, balls and bones. Zuko is high energy, but low maintenance. He is not suitable for an apartment, because he will bark when he needs to go out. Im looking for someone who is willing to play with him, take him to walk or have a fenced in yard/outside area he is able to run in. He gets along with our other dog, but unfortunately can be dog reactive with others. He has had no issues with the child in the home or children outside the home. He has always been an anxious dog but has never shown any signs of aggression due to it, he just runs away from things he doesnt like. He is caged trained, potty trained, and eats dry food. Zuko is behind on shots.

We purchased Mia 3 years ago as a puppy. We recently moved and she is not doing well with the change and is experiencing behavioral issues, anxiety and having lots of accidents in the house and in her crate. Our prior home had a large yard where she could run and burn off steam. We have a small yard and she doesn’t have much space to move around. She is an active breed; a mini Australian Shepherd, who would do better in a different environment. She gets along well with other pets and children.

Simon is a 7 month old Australian Shepherd. He is currently 30 lbs and will get larger.  He lived with multiple dogs prior to arriving at the shelter and currently does very well with the dogs he has been introduced here. He is neutered, vaccinated, wormed, tested negative for heartworm, and microchipped. He LOVES playing in the pools here, loves toys----he will require a home that is ready for a highly energetic dog.
