We found this girl wandering the street and took her in to keep her safe. We attempted to find her a good home 3 different times in the past and it never worked out (reasons unknown). We always got a call that she was found on the streets again and returned to us because she is chipped and her potential new owners never changed the owner information so we were always listed as her owners. The last time she was found on the street, we took her back in but she does not get along with our dogs and it's become very difficult for us now that I am disabled. We believe she has possibly become deaf and because we have other dogs in our family, we cannot give her the attention she needs. She would love a big fenced in yard to run around with someone who has the time to give her special love and attention in her senior years. She currently stays inside a huge crate (meant for Great Dane size), she does not want to come out or play because of our dogs. For more info on her, please contact us.

She would do best in a home with a securely fenced-in yard where she can run and play, or with someone who can provide her with regular walks and exercise. Denali has both a snuggly side and an adventurous side, and she's looking for a home where she can enjoy the best of both worlds. Due to changes in her family's living situation, we're hoping to find her a loving home that is the right fit for her needs, where she can enjoy her golden years with comfort, care, and plenty of affection. �I don’t know why the listing states I’m requiring her to be spayed because I’m not.

Meet Griddle!! He came in as a stray on 5/29/26. We think he is about 10 months old. He has gorgeous blue eyes and he is tall and lanky. He isn't done growing yet and he seems like he is still learning how to adjust to his growth spurts. He obviously has never walked on a leash so that is a learning curve for him. Practice makes perfect and he is starting to catch on. He is sweet and friendly and goofy. He is just a pup so he will need someone willing to teach him everything he needs to know to be a wonderful companion. He is available for adoption so hurry in to meet him! Griddle is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH. Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process. You can request one via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov

If you’re looking for a gentle companion who will happily soak up your affection, Daisy Jo may be your girl! She’s currently learning commands like “sit” and is doing her best to impress! In fact, she may even sit and give you her paw at the same time. She’s a smart girl who is enjoying learning new things and would love someone who will continue encouraging her. Daisy Jo has so much love to give and is ready to spend her golden years surrounded by someone who will cherish her as much as she deserves. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs if you already have a dog. SHE WAS JUST TOO MUCH FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH.I SURRENDERED HER NOT TO BE PUT DOWN, BUT MY LOCAL ANIMAL SHUTTER SAID I DID ASK FOR HER TO BE PUT DOWN AND THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED.THERE WAS TOO MANY AND THEY JUST PUT HER DOWN , AND THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE GONNA GIVE HER A CHANCE AND THEY LIED. GRANNY WAS MURDERED YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AS SOON AS SHE WAS TAKEN IN , THEY IMMEDIATELY MURDERED HER FOR NO REASON , SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT DOG FOR SOMEBODY , SHE WAS A GOOD DOG , SHE'LL BE MISSED. LOOKING SHOCKED IN ANIMAL SHELTER IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR SENIOR DOGS AND THEY DON'T CARE.THEY DON'T HELP DOGS.ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS PUPPIES AND YOUNG DOGS AND THEY MURDER.
